Munster Gyros is an absolute gem!! I grew up in Munster and have been coming here for over 30 years, and every time I am back in the area this is the very first place I go to eat. Their gyro sandwich is amazing, always perfectly cooked and incredibly consistent. The Pita is never overcooked and always just right, the gyro meat is juicy and flavorful, the onions are sliced perfectly thin, and the sauce is full of flavor without being overpowering – every single ingredient is done to perfection.
I have yet to come across another gyro sandwich that even comes close! Munster Gyros simply executes perfectly and NEVER disappoints.

I’ve been going here since the 80’s and they have the BEST gyros and no one comes close to the service they provide. I’m person with a disability and they are so kind to me by bringing my meal out to me. Because I walk with a cane and can’t carry a tray with the food on it and Juan walks me to my car to make sure I’m ok. They have top notch food. The restaurant is always clean to perfection and their staff is always super helpful. I recommend them every chance I get.

I just left this place 12/15/2025 11:48am order a chicago hot dog. Food Cold asl. An i asked for grill onions they put raw on the hotdog an i paid for grilled . I also order a gyro the onion on the gyro smelled spoil, meat was cold asl. Terrible!! What a wasted food went in the trash..

Great place. First time eating there. Had a gyro and a Greek salad, well part of them. The portions are so big I could only eat half the gyro and a few bites of the salad. Staff was very friendly. Food came out fast. I travel to Munster a lot for work and will be back at Munster Gyros at least once a week. Love it.
