Beautiful Elegant Tasty Chocolates. There are so many options to choose from the customer service is superb. We were supposed to go back and get the chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich but we forgot. We will be visiting again. Go check it out.

This addresses the customer service, not the chocolates themselves! I’m so flabbergasted that I need to put this out there. I’ve been a patron of Munson’s since I was a little girl and the only store was in Bolton. Now, I frequent the West Farms and Evergreen Walk stores. Today, I brought a friend from out of town to the Somerset Square store. We’d been shopping for clothes in the elegant stores which make up this lovely plaza. My friend planned to make a large purchase to surprise her husband. We browsed through the superb selection and were ready to order. There was only 1 other customer in the store. There were four workers behind the counter. One lady was wrapping boxes and taking her sweet time. One was helping her. The other two were in a corner laughing and flirting, paying us no mind. Once the lady was done wrapping, she started gabbing with the customer and totally ignored the fact that we were waiting. The couple who were gabbing, laughing, and flirting walked right by us and went to the back room. Finally, the young lady helping the gabbing lady asked if we were being helped. My friend started giving her order while I continued to wait for help. The young lady ( half of the flirting couple) exited the back room and ran to the phone when it rang. I guess calling in the phone gets you more attention than someone waiting 15 minutes for help. Then, a family of 4 walked in, then instead of waiting on me, who’d been waiting, the young lady hung up the phone and went over to THEM! I said, “I’ve been waiting, but it was like talking to the wall because I was ignored. The poor girl who seemed to be the only one working, finished ringing up my friend and asked what I would like. As she was filling my box, suddenly the young man ( other half of flirty couple) storms out of the back room and asked if he could help me. A little too late, buddy. I could have used some help 20 minutes ago!
If this had been my first experience in a Munson’s store, I would NEVER go back, no matter how delicious the chocolates are!

Been here a few times, the atmosphere is always so calming, and the employees are very kind and accommodating, and at times are able to offer samples of new products!
This time, Sam was the one to help us out. She was very professional and efficient!

Wow! This location should teach customer service classes to other businesses. I stood back and watched a group of employees all work very hard to make sure customers were taken care of. Lisa was exceptionally nice!!!! They were all super friendly. I bet Munson’s is a good place to work. The employees they have are top-notch. It’s hard to find that these days. The chocolate is VERY good too by the way.
