The man in the back that does the cooking, he does his thing I went in today to get me some food to watch the football game go Chiefs. The lady at the counter did not greet me when I came in the guy that does the cooking had to actually tell her hey somebody’s here take their order. I got the Philly cheesesteak wrap. I added shrimp with the fries. Everything was fresh. Everything was hot. Everything was good. It was not over seasoned. They didn’t have blue cheese for the wings, but that’s fine. I got a 10 piece Honey, mustard and sweet chili wings and it was delicious. No problems.

Horrible never again not worth the price and worst then gas station food if you ever got a taste for a wrap you’ll be better off not trying this place!!! 44.00 for this… The chicken wings tasted old dressed in sauce.. the chicken and steak wrap is about as small as an egg roll for $17 barely was any steak in it the chicken inside was dry ask where was the steak they said it’s the dark meat inside but everything looked like chicken lol had the nerve to ask if I wanted to pay for more no baby it cool TAKE CARE!! MY FIRST AND LAST TIME SMH they can have the cash no refund a donation to my community!!!!! LET’S JUST SAY MR HERO’S NEXT DOOR IS YOUR BETTER CHOICE.. Yummy! I love chicken and waffles! Chicken is chicken, but it was sooo good! Waffles, you think box. No! So good!!! Our first time, but NOT last time! Lovely lady took our order, and then call back to say it was ready!

Masks weren’t worn by all staff. Some had them under their chin.
Lack of professionalism at the counter. Bad first impression.
Food looked good but needed more flavor…fries were bland and dry (over fried, hard tasteless). With so many steak n cheese options within a 10mile radius, I’d put this one last on the list. I don’t mind a hole in the wall spot for food as long as the food is great and the customer service is there. It’s a no for me.

Order on door dash.. Chicken Philly Wrap smells funny, taste like it’s been sitting all night and it has nothing on it just Chicken and onions. Onion rings were brunt. Buffalo chicken Wrap look like slaughtered chicken. None of this food was even close to being warm. Everything old and cold. Oh and overcooked fries from yesterday. This used to be a great place to eat. But I just wasted $29 because we will not be getting food poisoning today. Never going there again.

Not satisfied with the $10 charge that was added to my order. Beware if you order with a credit card your card will be charged extra funds. Look at your receipt. My order was 47 not 57. I work hard for my money. I don’t need to just give it away.
So I’m coming back to let you know the money was returned back on the card the very next day but why take $10 and put it back on? very inconvenient but the food is very good here and I will be back but it be CASH ONLY!!!!

Went to get a chicken and steak wrap. This food had sooooo much salt on it…. It was I we could taste. Then when we went back to have them remake the order the short guy said all he would do is just refund the money and not make it over. And to make matters worse, the money do not come right back on the card so we had to go somewhere else and pay more money for food….. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

I didn’t know there was a restaurant near Mr. Hero’s until I was leaving Mr. Hero’s and noticed cars driving in and out. So I was curious and drove down to take a look. I then looked them up and the menu looked awesome. So I decided to try them out. The first two times it was good. Last night I ordered 10 piece wing dings, fries (they don’t have large fries, strange) and a polish boy. OMG! Unbelievable, the wing dings was so small and hard. Luckily I have real teeth. I wouldn’t be able to eat it if I had falsies. I couldn’t eat the rest. For this awful food I was charged $23. I’ll keep going to Mr. Hero’s. This all happened in one week. I will not be going back.
