Best sandwhiches! The French dip was incredible. I wasn’t sure how it would be so I ordered the smaller sandwich, but it was so delicious I wish I’d gotten the bigger one! The meat was so tender and plenty of melty cheese, best French dip I’ve had in a long time!
They cook it fresh to order so the wait is a few minutes, but not very long and it’s definitely worth every second. You can call ahead of time if you’re in a hurry. Wonderful cozy atmosphere to vibe in, and the service is phenomenal. Very friendly and kind, I felt like I was treated like a favorite regular instead of just a stranger.
I’ll definitely tell my friends about the cool little sandwich shop I found. If you’ve never been before and you crave a good sandwich, you *must* give this place a try!

OMG! Seriously!
That was easily the best burger I’ve had in I can’t remember when!!! I’m so used to bland bs from burger king or McDonald’s…. I would say it compares to fatburger but would say it’s even better! I haven’t had fatburger in a few years because they’re prices went through the roof… I think the only location is by my house at Alameda and sable… but WOW it was cooked perfectly and the avocado bacon and pepper Jack (I think) cheese was incredible together. The fries are the best fries I’ve had anywhere hands down! I was so full after those 2 items but had to try the spicy mac and that is delicious too! Ima finish it for dinner! Thank you so much you guys really are badass! I wanna try the smothered breakfast burrito next but part of me wants another California burger!!
I’ll let you know tomorrow!…. actually I think I’ll have the breakfast burger with fries….
I wanna get that’n on Thursday if that’s ok… I’ll give you the tomorrow!!

I actually really enjoy this place. Prices are decent and the food is good. I got the homemade Mac salad and a chicken parm and I really enjoyed those. They also have a rewards system where you can gain points for a free sandwich. Staff is very friendly and seems to be pretty busy. With that being said I think they need to hire more staff to help do everything in a timely manner. That doesn’t bother me to wait but if you are in a hurry it may be more difficult. Otherwise a good place!

Stopped in on a business trip.i ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and was told their order for that hadn’t come in but she has been working on a new spicy chicken for when this happens. I told her heck yeah let’s try it and boy am I glad I did. It’s soooooo good. This should be the normal spicy chicken sandwich! Staff were so nice and polite. You know how you go to McDonald’s and the picture on the menu is a Glamour Shot from 1990 looking perfect and then your sandwich comes out looking like a truck driver sat on it? Well, behold! A wonderful sub/breakfast joint that takes pride in their establishment and sends out absolute bangers of meals. The pic is exactly how it came out. Perfectly. I believe it’s owned by a family, as a mother and her daughters were there, making it even more cozy and welcoming. They all greet you with a smile. The food comes out piping hot. I’m a big fan of this place. It’s tucked into an office building so it’s a little hard to find but it’s right by my new office. Works out nicely.

Don’t let the corporate looking building stop you from going downstairs and having an excellent meal! I had the Italian and it was amazing . The vegetables were fresh with the perfect amount of red wine vinegar and seating. The customer service was top notch . The place is spotless and even has hand sanitizer at the table. The fries I had were perfectly cooked ! The prices are really good too!
