My husband and I stopped by for an early dinner and were pleasantly surprised when we saw the the menu. It was our first time going there. The variety of protein bowls and wraps that were available on the menu was excellent. What we loved the most is that every choice had healthy ingredients and good amounts of protein. We had a guiltless healthy meal served with care and impeccable customer service. The bowls come with different sauces which were so delicious. I highly recommend Munch whenever you want a delicious and healthy option!!!

Well seasoned food. They offer, healthy options. My family and I do meal preps due to our busy life style. The food we purchase weekly is absolutely amazing. I suggest the 12pk meal prep, you simply cant beat the price, quality and quantity of food. I cant wait until they run the Red Thai chicken curry again. Its a must have.

Munch is awesome! I absolutely loved coming here. The food was fantastic and Robert, was just the sweetest guy you could ever ask to meet. I went there hungry, and left with a full belly (and plenty of leftovers) and a hop in my step from the boost of confidence given to me by the awesome chef! 10/10 will come back!

This place is great. I’ve had several different meals from here and they’ve all been extremely flavorful, filling, and well made. I’ve even popped in one day and Robert let me try something new he was whipping up that day. I highly recommend Munch protein bowls.

Today was my first time trying Munch. I usually prep and bring my meals to work but today was an extra busy morning. Instead of ordering something unhealthy that does not fit my healthy lifestyle I gave this place a try. I ordered through Uber eats and they had a “spend $30 save $6” so I decided to get two meals and 2 sides so I have something for dinner as well and don’t have to think about it. I got the Chipotle chicken wrap and a side of mixed veggies for my lunch, and the Turkey cheeseburger bowl and rosemary potatoes for my dinner. So far I’ve only had lunch and WOW! that was way better than I was expecting. It was yummy, full of chicken and the chipotle ranch sauce was amazing! I didn’t read any reviews on here before hand but I did see that they are highly rated on Uber eats so I gave it a shot. Some of these reviews on here are a little discouraging so I’m hoping that it wasn’t just a one time thing and that the Turkey cheeseburger bowl will be good too. I’ll update my review when I do eat it. One thing I did notice just glancing at it was that the ground Turkey looks pretty undercooked from what bit I could see poking out from under the toppings. That’s one of the reasons I decided to save that for later, hoping it will cook through when I warm it up. But so far I’m extremely full and happy from my Lunch.

Every time I dine here the food is outstanding, the service is great, and the atmosphere is totally chill. Robert served me today, he was very kind and got my food to me pretty quickly. I highly recommend stopping in, you won’t regret it! They do meal prep too!
