☘️ Everyone’s a little Irish at Halfway to St. Paddy’s Day! Great crowd, awesome Live Music by Seven Rings and this year’s specials… OMG! Mulrooney’s Grilled Corned Beef “Reuben Cheesesteak” was absolutely INSANE!!! HOLY MOLY please make this a menu staple!!! Never made it to the Irish tots or Reuben Empanadas but now I wish I had!

I went to Mulrooney’s for St. Patty’s day parade and had a fantastic time! The bar was packed, and yet I was still served relatively quickly, and my drinks were tasty!
The band that played was really good. The atmosphere was my favorite part! I made some new friends and reconnected with some old ones!
I went back the next day and had another great experience!
Love this place and will definitely go back!

Didn’t get a chance to eat, but the drinks were good. Chill vibe. Talked with the bartender and she let us know about the upcoming St. Patty’s day events, so we said we would definitely be back

I drove by this place for years wondering what it could be like. Ive always had high hopes as it is very close to where I live. my feelings were that if the vibe was right, then it could be super convenient. My wife and daughter were away for the night so I stopped in. I was immediately disconcerted over the amount of older men who reaked of retired police. After a beer I realized that my stereotyping was on point. However, much to my surprise they were completely void of any pretention and remarkably friendly, hence this review. The bartender was attentive, and sociable. The regulars were comfortable, and non judgmental. Everything was clean and the prices were reasonable. Comfy seats and a smoking area out front. Plenty of parking too. This place rules.

Possibly the best prices in North Delaware for food and drinks. Friendly crowd. I’ve been there on 3 Wednesdays so I’ve always had the same bartender (she is very nice).
The interior/decor is in keeping with a “hole-in-the-wall” bar with table service, but the bathrooms have been clean each time I’ve been there

This bar is basically a “non-official private establishment.” If you’re not a regular or know the staff, then you will most likely be made to feel very uncomfortable by everyone there. It is the most unwelcoming, discriminatory establishment I have ever visited. I’ve been there numerous times, with people that know the owner, and I still get weird looks when I stop in. Of course, it doesn’t help that the owner can’t seem to remember his customers…even if they’ve known him for many years or have had multiple conversations with him. When you walk in, you will most-likely be greeted by regulars who will ask why you’re there, who you know, or who you’re with. They only accept cash, and the ATM never works…just another round-about way to keep “non-regulars” away, in my opinion. I’d be curious to find out where this all falls on the legal spectrum. It’s a shame…this could be a nice, little pub if it wasn’t for the unfriendly, xenophobic staff.

Great place, except after getting a $25 tab, was informed they don’t take credit/debit cards, only cash. Jeez! In this day and age? Guess cash is the only way left IRS can’t track your revenue.

other than the landlord of Hate City. “You’re BAARRRED. i have that authority and i won’t necessarily be using it fairly or wisely.” i guess it could be ok. it’s so regulars..act accordingly or else the hammer. it’s not a coffee shop. i paid you. the end. there was a girl mixing drinks one night. she seemed much nicer than man was.

The older woman bartender serves when she’s good and ready. There was a ongoing fist fight staring drunk females who should not been aloud in this establishment since there last incident
