Came on a Sunday during the Vikings game. Didn’t have chairs for our table but that really didn’t matter. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Beer was cold, people were polite and the bartender was spot on. May be a small joint but still a good atmosphere.

The bar was not good. I spent a total of $15 on just music and they did not play any of my songs. In fact they skipped my songs and I had to go approach them for a refund. The songs I chose were popular bar songs by the way. A poorly run business in my opinion that doesn’t put the customer first. Wouldn’t recommend this bar.

They aren’t particularly strict about mask policy. At all. It gets really busy on the weekends so that’s a bit bothersome. You can play pool and darts but social distancing is absolutely impossible. Nobody even makes an attempt to wear a mask.

Mulligan’s Pub serves a mix of clientèle from WSU and St. Mary’s students to the rest of Winona. It has in the past had a reputation for making some of the strongest drinks in Winona. So if you like a heavier pour, this might be for you. They have a variety of beers on tap and a good selection of hard liquor to choose from. Later at night, it can be hard to get a drink from the bar, so plan ahead.
