Had heard great things about the place. Decided to try it out. I was not disappointed. I ordered the Italian combo (Italian beef, Italian sausage on a hoagie roll) and it was delicious. I will return to try something else on the menu!

Upon walking in you are taking back in time and another place far away. Brick and mortar, industrial look with pictures and scenes on the wall to tell you that the owner was raised there with all the influences that Chicago throws at a young man. I was born and raised just south of that unique city and spent considerable time in each pizza restaurant judging for myself just who had the best in the city. So my question to Jay who was that young man who owns Mugsys, is “what is your favorite pizza place “ and without thinking he answered Giordana’s. Music to my ears! After an hour our pizza came out. Yes it takes along time so do as I do now, order ahead of time. It will be done when you arrive. This stuffed pizza comes with the same ingredients and all the influences is Giordanas. Right down to the homemade oven roasted Roma tomatoe sauce on top. Another great item on the menu is the shaved beef and cheddar. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and haven’t been disappointed. For those of you that haven’t tried Mugsys yet, you’re in for a treat, go in and sit down and relax and try some authentic Chicago food without fighting the traffic to get there.

Using the app made this very easy. Pizza and spaghetti were ready in about 20-25 minutes. Thin crust was very good, got it with pepperoni and hot giardiniera. Presentation was great. Classic Mugsy’s great supper!

Really good Chicago style deep dish pizza. We’ve lived in the Chicago area and eaten tons of deep dish pizza. You can tell this restaurant has experience. Their pizza is very good and extremely similar to what you would get in Chicago. Lots of Chicago sports memorabilia on the walls. Fun spot.

Best pizza in Murray. Italian beef and Italian sausage is a large and delicious sandwiches. Chicken and gyros are also great. Let’s just say everything on the menu. Good selection of beer on tap. Excellent Service makes this a great place to go to.

All I can say is that it’s our favorite place in Murray. Jay, the owner who is originally from the Chicago, has brought a taste of home to the area. Pizza, Italian sandwiches, beef, sausage, or meatball are all very good. That, along with pasta, burgers, and what wife says, are the best chicken strips ever. It’s hard to beat all that and fantastic service. That’s why we love it.

I really enjoyed the Italian Meatball sandwich with french fries. It was very delicious. The staff was friendly and assisted me with my to-go order. My only complaint is the lack of transparency that card users are charged an additional 4%. It’s not listed on the website and I was only made aware upon arrival. It didn’t add much to my bill but it would be nice to know additional fees beforehand. I’d recommend adding it to your website.
