Restaurant is nice, relaxed, & comfortable. Service goes above and beyond, everyone is always so nice. All the wraps are amazing, “The Inferno Wrap” is my go-to. Plus the beer battered fries are great and super crispy. Drinks are good too

I cannot say enough good things about the food at this establishment!!! We arrived around 12:15 greeted with kindness, sever was over quickly to get drinks and was also able to put our order in right away. I understand that’s not always the case but it was a nice treat. Food was out super quick,fresh,hot, DELICIOUS!!!! I WILL BE BACK VERY VERY SOON!! Servers deserve a raise!!!!!

We visited the Collierville location on a Saturday evening around 4:30- we were seated quickly and the waitress was fantastic! The food was amazing- there were 6 of us although I only took pictures of my order (Patty Melt and added a fried egg) everything came out looking great and not 1 complaint! We’ll definitely add this to our new dinner outing list.

Absolutely one of the best burgers. Went “fairly” plain with the Seville burger. Excellent. Bartender, Zay ,was attentive and friendly. Decent amount of TVs with the games playing. Overall excellent experience.

Have been there numerous times and food and service has always been great. They had a new chili special menu which I tried with the burger. The burger and fries came out cold and burger was dry and bun was hard around the edge. Chili was not to my liking as well. It tasted as if they had poured a cup of sugar in the pot. The young lady who waited on us was very nice and did her job well.

1st time, let me emphasize, I will be going back to give it another try. The kids burger meals were very good. I had a patty melt, the burger patty didn’t even come close to fitting the bread, I tore about half the bread off, then it was barely toasted, basically buttered bread and the burger didn’t have any seasoning to it. I asked for extra crispy onion rings. When they came out, they were not hot at all, and very oily. The rotel was ok. With that being the manager took the pattybmelt off and gave a coupon for a free entrée. I appreciated it even though I only wanted the onion ring charge taken off.

Absolutely love Mugshots in Collierville! Some of the best food in the midsouth and our favorite burgers around. The staff is always so friendly and attentive and make sure you always have a great experience. And extra shoutout to the bartender for always going above and beyond, he is definitely MVP up there!

I ordered pasta with shrimp. The pasta was overcooked. Shrimp tasted good. And waiters din’t try to remember what you older. And we have been waiting for a ticket around 40 minutes. So bread and 7 shrimp for 15,49 dollars.
