Had a good dinner here. There was no waiting to be seated and Sunny took my order instantly. I ordered the Steak Burger with Onion Rings. The burger was very good, the bun was different but added to the great taste. The onion rings were good and crisp. Sunny was an excellent server and very polite. I will have to try a few more burgers here, because that sourdough bun is really good.

We went in for an early dinner. Happy hour was still active and we got a great price on appetizers and beer. For dinner we had one of their specialty burgers. It was cooked and prepared beautifully. The bread was so soft and delicious and the sauces were unique and flavorful. A great spot to have a real burger without breaking the bank.

I visited this restaurant on Black Friday and was surprised how quick the service was especially with the crowd. The waitress was pleasant, quick, and observant. Our food was ready very quickly as well. I was surprised at how clean everything appeared to be inside the restaurant – even the restrooms. We didn’t encounter any issues while there. I’d definitely return.

Whewwww where do I begin. Visiting for spring break and decided to try this place. I was hopeful but immediately disappointed because I’m confused…..the wings are dry, no seasoning, very bland. I’m wondering if I dined in would it come tossed with the sauces and seasonings. Close to a $50 dollar order and I guarantee you popeyes would have been an better option. Now before anyone get beside themselves because of my review. I am a chef and although I know all too well no place will cook anything to a specific person’s liking this place just missed the mark on so many levels, food and customer service. Once “I” upon entering waited a bit in the front a decided to go to the bar to ask about togo orders the young lady was nice and pointed me into the right direction. I waited a little bit in the pick up area and that young lady was nice as well bur again just the initial expectation upon entering lacked. The philly eggrolls tasted and looked as if they were old and fried again ….please take that off the menu and try again…the wings too if that’s how you choose to serve them because you are doing your community a complete disservice. I hate to feel like I wasted money and unfortunately this is one instance that I definitely did .

This was our first visit and we arrived right when they opened. Seated right away, server was exceptional, and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the fried pickles and mozzarella wedges.

As local residents who are newer (within the last 2 years) we decided to try Mugshots based on the menu’s selections we saw on their website. Our experience was enjoyable, the host was great the server was good, and the food was okay. What was not good was the fact that they added an 18% gratuity to our checks without telling us. We did NOT have what is considered a large party. We had 7 adults with 2 of us being a separate party on a separate check who were seated at a different time. Now I could have possibly even seen justification for this if it was even the slightest bit busy but it wasn’t. We were at one point the only ones in the entire restaurant. Which one world think that our orders would have come out in a timely manner, they did not. Again.. this was probably no fault of the server, but if you are going to automatically charge an automatic 18%gratuity without letting the patron know…and know before they are getting ready to sign the check which then comes with yet another list of boxes for, (you guessed it) another tip request. I’m sure when it’s the dead of summer and it’s standing room only at all the restaurants, there are thousands of people who do not even pay a bit of attention to what they are no paying for a meal, but for the local people who live here, please do better.

The food is great and that is what keeps us coming back. But service is 50/50. You can get someone that is great or someone that sucks. And it is always empty in there. I hope they get it together and maybe have some training done to keep people coming back. It really is a delicious place to eat.

True my son chicken wings were not completely done (red uncooked meat next to the bone). He didnt get sick. Thank God. They made things right by replacing his food with a burger , No charge. Been nice if they just comp’d the Whole meal. It was just 3 of us. Didn’t mind paying the $65+ bill with tip ( was not the waitress fault) cause my daughter food and mine was just fine. Still pricier than I thought it would be.

Jasmine was absolutely the best. She had wonderful customer service and made us feel like family. The food was delicious as well. I got the breakfast burger, and my egg was cooked over medium, absolute perfection. My husband got the mac n cheese burger, and it was also amazing.
