First off this is my second time visiting this location and both visits were spectacular. We had the egg roll appetizer with the sweet chili sauce for the dip and they were amazingly delicious, crispy and fresh. Our server was Yanna L, and she was very nice suggested a burger for my niece which I believe was the Texan burger which came with fried onions, jalapenos, lettuce tomatoes, just the works and it was delicious. I ordered a bowl of chili with a coke. Yana made sure to check on us regularly during our visit. Overall the experience was amazing and I definitely suggest if you hadn’t tried Mugshots yet, make sure you go enjoy the food and the amazing service. Ask for Yana as your server.

Upon our arrival, we were promptly greeted by the host and escorted to our designated seat. Our server, Yana, demonstrated exceptional service by going above and beyond to enhance our dining experience. Yana possessed comprehensive knowledge of the menu and recommended the Rajun Cajun Pasta, Philly Wrap, and Southwest Egg Rolls. These dishes were meticulously prepared and presented in pristine condition. Furthermore, Yana consistently monitored our progress throughout the meal, ensuring our satisfaction and replenishing our beverages as necessary.

Shout to Destiny very good at her job. She recommended the Mac Daddy Burger (Mac n Cheese) it was amazing!!! Next time I’m here I will ask for her, she is very friendly and the staff too, the manager came up and asked if everything tasted good. I like the fact they care about their customers and they really quick with the food.

I want to thank the General Manager for reaching out on this matter. I want to thank him for advising me that the manager taking off the half-cooked chicken was proper protocol, and because I ordered another entree I shouldn’t be discounted anything. I appreciate him for explaining to me that even though it may have been a common courtesy to comp the customer who could’ve gotten sick from bloody chicken for at least a soda, that it wasn’t necessary. Thank you for offering a free entree by stating ” I guess we can offer you a free entree”, which I declined due to his lack of empathy in this matter.

This issue has yet to be resolved! No one has reached out; I will never eat here again.

Chicken was bloody. Manager claimed the cooks haven’t gotten use to cooking them at this size. No comp, no discount. Waitress was nice and explained there was so much she can do without the manager.

We absolutely love Mugshots! The burgers are always great, the fries are fresh and flavorful, and the turkey club is one of my husband’s favorites. We drive 40 minutes just to eat here because the food and service are consistently superior to other burger places. It’s always worth the trip!

We stopped in and decided to grab a bite to eat everything was wonderful especially our server Kat! She was absolutely fantastic. Made sure we had everything we needed topped off our drinks constantly made sure we had all the napkins we needed and extra silverware when our kiddos threw ours on the floor and was so good with our children! I would highly recommend going and seeing her at this mugshots location it was a wonderful experience!

Servers are great! We didn’t try the food as we were just going for drinks to watch the Brewer’s game but the atmosphere and the drinks were spot on! Screens at the bar are big and hi-def!

I met my daughter and her family here for my early birthday lunch. It wasn’t crowded, but we waited almost an hour because of a lack of staff. Our waiter was attentive, funny, and provided great service. The food was delicious and plentiful. Lots of different sports on the many TVs. Not so loud that we couldn’t visit. Overall, we were happy we waited!
