We stopped at Mugshots for lunch after shopping today. We were about a block away when my nose picked up on an incredible smell! We followed it all the way to Mugshots, and we are so glad we did! We started off with the fried mushrooms, hubby got the mushroom Swiss burger and I got the Liz’s Parm-A-Geddon. Everything was so delicious, the burger patties had great seasoning. Hubby didn’t let me try his burger this time, but he gave it an 8.5/10 lol. My burger came with bacon, fried onion straps, mushrooms, and a garlic parmesean sauce. CHEF’S KISS PERFECTION!! The garlic parmesean wasn’t overwhelming, it perfectly complimented the burger. This place definitely satisfied hubby’s desire fore a delicious burger!

Came in for a quick supper me and the wife had their hamburger steak plate with fries and brown gravy. Ask our waitress if they could make poutine fries we explain what we wanted fries brown gray over them and cheese. For their first time it turned out really good we were impressed. Gonna try them again

My family members and I are regulars. Mugshots never disappoints. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating. Amazingly, more times than not, they remember what we ordered last time and how we like it cooked. The food is consistently good. We highly recommend!

Ordered online. Exceptional food with amazing fresh flavor. This place is affordable, but the key thing was the portion size compared to price. They definitely are one of the best options for premium food at a more than fair price. I’m very pleased and will probably not order from other similar restaurants just because the amount of food was plenty here!!!!

Had our family christmas get together here last friday and they handled the group of about 40 people very well. We had originally reserved their separate party room but by accident it had got double booked so we was put in dinning area between bar and wall. Which worked out pretty good and we was refunded our reservation cost also. We had one server. Johnathan i believe was his name. Very knowledgeable of menu’s and he did an exceptional job keeping up drinks for a large group. He made a couple small mistakes and i think was getting a little frustrated at the end but who wouldnt. We was pleased with his service. Food came out freaky fast for about first half of the group but then second half of group was delayed 15 or 20 mins. Again where 40 people going to go that wont overload the kitchen besides a buffet. Completely understandable. Just wanted to say Mugshots staff did a great job! Much better than one the local steakhouses we used past couple years. Hope we decide to book Mugshots again next year.

Great service and fun place to eat absolutely love the place and always get their triple appetizer, you can choose several different options, burgers were hyped up but just not up to par for me, many people love the burger and don’t get me wrong it’s not bad but just not a fan would rather enjoy the appetizers!

Best burger you will find. Such a good place to eat that is constantly good. The food no matter what you get is good, fast and good service too. I eat here almost weekly due to price for what you get as well as quality! Must try!! Inferno wrap with hot honey sauce on chicken was tonight’s go to.

Salad and mushrooms were good. Burger was excellent. The shrimp were small, chewy and hard. They were overcooked. Service was great. I liked the bar area’s atmosphere, where we were seated. But, the main eating room was kinda blah.

Best”Hillbilly”Philly sandwich I’ve got in the Florence area. On the same great bun as the hamburgers are on there was ample serving of meat and the taste left me longing for my next opportunity to try out one of their huge hamburgers.
The seasoned fries tasted great and was a nice compliment for the Philly beef sandwich. This is a wonderful place for lunch and/or dinner and I can see them busy at all times as long as they keep up this quality. I’ll be back without a doubt. The only negative would be the parking situation and especially with regards to handicapped parking but it’s certainly worth the wait, if you do have one.
I’ll update my review to say Mugshots has maintained their quality and everything I said about them before still applies.
I have one more recommendation to make and that is the Parmesan Chicken Marinara it is great! You might ask for a little bit of the Cajun seasoning and add to it for extra flavor as well.

I got the strawberry mug-a-Rita and the grilled cheese burger. The burger was huge and I took half of it home. The fries were a 10/10. Hot. Crispy on the outside. Good customer service and the ranch is perfect! I went alone and set in booth seats near the wall. The only difference I would do is add grilled onions to the burger ! The service was great also!! The pictures don’t do the size of the drink and burger justice.
