Mugshots is the place. The restaurant was clean and we were greeted promptly, then seated in a great location. I had the Stu’s Magic Mushroom Burger with fries, and my partner had the Comeback Burger. The food was really good, especially the burgers and the buns. We came during happy hour, so they offer half-price domestic drafts and well drinks, which was a nice bonus. What truly made this place awesome, though, was our server Cameron. It looked like she was covering the entire bar side of the restaurant, yet she stayed completely on it. We never ran out of drinks, she was attentive and courteous, made great suggestions, and truly elevated the entire experience.

When on vacation I always try foods that I don’t get at home so I had the Mac Daddy Burger. Sandwich was large. Only ate half. It was ok, but definitely needed more cheese. Waitress was great, and came back to check on us numerous times. Plenty of TVs around the restaurant. Would return, but would order something different.

Mugshots is a gem that we don’t have back in Virginia, and I wish we did! We started with the 10-piece wings—five Hot Honey and five Mango Habanero—and they were a perfect mix of flavor with just the right amount of spice, not overwhelming at all.
For our main meals, I had the Garlic Parmesan Bacon Burger, and it was absolutely delicious—bursting with flavor in every bite. My wife ordered the Texan Burger, and she loved it just as much. The fries? Amazing. Crispy, perfectly seasoned, and the ideal complement to our burgers.
Mugshots delivered on everything from flavor to portion sizes. If you’re looking for a great meal with bold, satisfying flavors, this is definitely the spot! Highly recommend.

I really liked the waitress we had. She was lovely. I wish I had gotten her name. The food was good, and the football game was on. The Chiefs weren’t looking very good. Jacksonville Jaguars got a pick 6 for 99 yards. Agh. Anyway, the Southwest Philly was pretty good. Kinda sweet bun. My husband got a burger. The beer battered fries are so yummy! And the frozen margarita was delicious! The Mongo appetizer was amazing. You got to pick 3 different ones. We got chips, cheese things, and egg rolls. Omg! Those egg rolls. Yum yum!!! I can’t remember what they were called, but get them the cheese things i mean! They are great. They are on the list of what you can get. And the ice cream waffle fries dessert thing reminded me of fried ice cream kinda. Great time. Good food. Worth it!!

Very good! Waitress was quick and very polite! Ordered the Mombo Combo with southwest eggrolls, tees cheese wedges, and Sean’s nachos. For entrees, we got the Mac and cheese burger with onion rings and Howard’s Philly sandwich with fries. Very good!

My first time eating here and we had kj as our server. The food was amazing, the drinks was amazing and so was kj. She was so kind and really cool and i loved how she asked everyone individually how their food was. Please give this young lady a raise and make her employee of the month. Next we come in, I definitely need kj at our table. Please treat her right because you dont get great servers like her anymore.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, this Mugshots definitely delivers… I’m still trying to forget it. The food took far too long to come out, and when it finally did, IT WAS WRONG!!!!! My husband asked for bacon and they didn’t bring it, I ordered a root beer float at the beginning and it never came. They never brought us straws until we asked for the 3rd time, and then the bill came…. Remember that root beer float that I mentioned? It was on the bill and I said that I never got it and our server said that I canceled and I look down at the receipt and say “what’s this 3.99 float doing on here then?” She took back what she said because she realized that she is messing with the wrong zebra . So finally I got my root beer float and guess what???? She didn’t give me a straw!!! So I just took the straw I had in my water and put it in the cup (which had a top on it) and BOOM!! My root beer exploded and she grabbed napkins for the drink and not for me and I had root beer all over me. I have never experienced this bad of service at any mugshots until this one.

Fantastic food! I had the Pato burger with a side of onion rings. The burger was flavorful and juicy. The onion rings were delicious. Zay was our server, and he did an excellent job. My husband said his burger was the best he’d ever tasted. I sampled a couple of my husband’s beer battered fries and they were amazing. We will definitely be back!
