The people working there were nice. There was a very pleasant middle age woman working there.
The only issue I had was the pizza with sausage. It was extremely salty, as if they took the whole container of salt and dumped it over the pizza . I had to throw the entire large pizza away. My friends experienced the same thing. The abundance of salt, was making people feel dizzy.

The two ladies that work there are very ignorant. I had placed an order for a pizza. I went there to go pick it up, but it was not ready. So I had told the lady that I have a DoorDash order that I need to go pick up she said that’s completely fine She will call when it’s ready so I did my DoorDash order and she called and said it was ready. I said I was on my way. She said well you have to hurry up because we are about to close. I’ve been told her that I will be there in six minutes and she said OK. soon as I get there, the two ladies were walking out the door and put our pizza on the floor! Saying that they were closing and had to leave. Like who does that to somebody’s food what if bugs crawled in it, And they were talking so ignorantly To their customer. Giving the middle finger and saying horrible things to us. On top of it there was hair in our pizza and looked to be spit as well. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE.! This place is disgusting and very rude owners!!

Another “not my first time here, but first Google Review” for this place! Been to one of their other locations plenty of times and glad that wherever we are, there is a Mug’s within 5-minutes. Usually get a Monster Pizza with plenty of ingredients. This time around, didn’t take a photo of their small 12″ pepperoni pizza ordered, but pictured here is their 6pc chicken wings with choice of sauce on the side – I chose hot sauce. Pieces are small in size but flavorful, juicy, and good without sauce too! Also had a couple of extra pieces thrown in. Until next time!

Awesome so glad we came here instead of the overpriced one that started with a G. Delivered right to our hotel door. We thought it was the best pizza we have ever had very authentic! They even hooked us up with lots of plates utensils and napkins very much appreciated! Thank you

They have really good pizza and really good ribs. My only complaint is that the other night when I picked up my rib dinner the salad that was included looked like it should have been thrown out the day before I picked it up. Other than that service is always prompt and reliable and friendly.

I love Mugs! I order delivery from them about once or twice a month. They are still open late several nights a week during the pandemic. (They normally are open until 3:00 am nightly.) They are always friendly on the phone, and food arrives within the hour as promised. The delivery drivers always wear a mask when they come to my door which is of course important at this time.
My favorite pizza to get is the stuffed cheese and spinach. I included a photo. I also love the thin crust green pepper and onion pizza.
I also like to get the veggie sandwich. It’s cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo on grilled French bread. It’s a great vegetarian option. I believe they have an eggplant parmesan sandwich too for my fellow vegetarians. I also love their cheese ravioli. Big yummy ravioli, generously filled, and choice of several sauces. With the pasta, you get a garlic roll and a choice of side salad or coleslaw (I think). The side salad is good. I like the creamy garlic dressing.
For side dishes, I get the steak fries, onion rings, and/or their amazing potatoes au gratin. And the garlic rolls, they are just delicious.
They have a variety of pop/soda options in a few sizes, and several dessert options like tiramisu or cheesecake. Their are a few coupons on the pape menu too. Definitely check out Mugs!

I went here with my grandpa. We got the meatball subs. These were the best meatball subs we have ever had in our entire lives, and we’ve eaten plenty of them. We got them with mozzarella cheese. I can’t praise them enough. Perfect ratio of sauce, meat, and cheese, with good quality bread. The lady at the counter made good conversation, too. Great service, great price, great food. Highly recommend.
