LOVED this place! The staff was amazing. Some of the best customer service I’ve had. The coffee menu has tons of options and so did the food menu.

I ordered a café miel with an extra shot and it was delicious on a cool Michigan morning! The miel is lightly sweetened with fresh honey with a bit of cardamom and a sprinkle of ginger powder on top. The latte artwork and thick foam on the latte was delicious. I skipped the whipped cream, and you should too if you love microfoam and latte art! Not super sweet; the espresso was just right.

So glad we finally have a great coffee shop in this area! Excellent latte made with organic coffee and high quality organic syrups. I got a sandwich today, and it was phenomenal as well. Again, high quality ingredients! The decor is cozy. The service is friendly, helpful, and above and beyond.

I went back for take out coffee and a sandwich. The sandwich was glorious! There was a good amount of delicious turkey and melty Swiss. The flavors were fresh and perfect with the crisp toasted sourdough bread. They even opened the sandwich after toasting it to add in the fresh veggies so they would stay crisp and fresh. I’m sure I’ll be back!

Good place for lunch/sandwiches. Turkey and cheese with avacado is like $8. I haven’t try their coffee yet so I can’t comment. I don’t like their macaroons. It was bone dry. Sandwiches are good so just come and order sandwich and coffee

Mugs is a true gem. I’m a fan for life. The staff is always kind and just a joy to be around. Their coffee is better than anything else in the area. If you have a chance to try their sandwiches and soup, you won’t regret a single bite. Everything is delicious, fresh, and just SO GOOD.

Very nice place to study and chill. 4 stars just because their hours are always changing, but they never change them in google. It makes it inconvenient to go and have them be closed even though it says they’re open online

Best coffee, atmosphere, and customer service in the area!!! I came here for the first time two weeks ago and have already been back 6 times!! My go to is their caramel macchiato which isn’t too sweet and I can still taste the coffee. I have also tried their pour over coffee, Samoa cookie latte, and bagel bombs which have all been top notch as well.

I drove 15 minutes out of my way bc google maps AND their website says they close at 4 on Mondays. I got there at 320, and they’re closed! Has a sign on the door that says “new Monday hours.” What!? Then post that on your website and google maps. What a waste of my time.
