Paid $40+ & they forgot to put eggs on our “meat egg and cheese” sandwiches… ALL 3 of them… I have no clue how this happens.. tried calling multiple times (with no answer of course) to get a refund and just now sent an email as well. See photos.

Words can not describe how happy I am with my experience from start to finish! I filled out the online cake form and was contacted within 24 hours by one of their awesome employees named Sam! Sam was super helpful and answered all of my questions. Everything was executed so perfectly. I opened up the box when I picked it up and was in awe of how beautiful the cake came out!!! It exceeded all of our expectations. And not to mention, the cake tasted just as good as it looked!!!! Thank you, muffin house! You guys nailed it.

This was one of our fav places but today’s lunch was horrifying. My California “grilled cheese” was simply a butter soaked mess, soggy enough to wring out. Greasy and inedible. The blueberry muffin, which is almost $5 was flavorless, like if angel food cake lost its edge, and was neither sweet, nor did it have even a hint of salt in the recipe. Only top & bottom notes of perfume and metal. A huge disappointment from a place that was always a treat to visit. The staff is fantastic but sadly, today, not the food.

This place is great! My wife and I have been a few times and they’re always super friendly, and their bacon egg and cheese was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever gotten. Today, I jokingly asked them to “make it with extra love” in the notes of an online order, and they added “we love you!” on the bag in response. This place is great!

We order dessert platters, a cake, and the coffee cambro for a party, and it was great. The dessert platters provided such a nice selection of treats. Everyone found something they liked. The coffee service was delicious, which can be hard to accomplish! Everyone said they loved it.

I’ve been to the muffin house four times in the past month to meet a friend for business… All four times my coffee was wrong. Completely wrong. The line is so long I don’t even go back up to try and get it fixed.
The muffins are just cake they’re not really muffins. Don’t bother.
They do have very good gluten-free bread that you can use to make breakfast sandwiches. So that was definitely a plus.

We are new to the area. While navigating to get familiar with the area. We stopped in at the Muffin House Cafe. The people were friendly. The muffins were great! We will be back again! Reasonably priced too!

I’ve been to the Walpole and Medway locations and I love them equally. Their muffins are hands down the best I’ve ever had. Full stop. The breakfast sandwiches are always great, but the cranberry chicken salad is my go to favorite for lunch. The cakes here are always fresh, delicious, moist, and flavored well. Truly I’ve never had a bad thing here and I doubt I ever will.
