The best BBQ in Oklahoma. The meat is tender and juicy, and has a wonderful flavor. Unlike most BBQ joints that rely on the sauce to be the star, Mud Creek puts in the time and effort to make the meat take the show. The sauce is very good, but only a little is needed. The staff is always friendly, the place is clean, and the sweet tea tastes like grandma made it. Totally worth the drive out to Ringling America to get some. BTW I think I’ll head over there now.

Portions are small, The food is good and worth a little drive. I had the Ribs and they were really good. The Cornbread Salad was really good, too.

I’ve tried most of the menu. They serve certain meats until it’s gone. The chicken is juicy, fully cooked, great smoked flavor and no chemical taste. They do cater and it’s worth it. Great meats all around.

The food was pretty good, nice portion sizes, and the ribs were falling off the bone. The guy working there was friendly and seemed to know the locals that were eating there all by name. I think the price was a little high but not so much that I wouldn’t eat there again, but I’ll definitely not make a habit of having a $20 lunch every day.
