This was the most delicious meal I’ve had since coming to the U.S.—better than anything from a restaurant. It reminded me that the best food doesn’t always come from fancy places, but from moments made with love, warmth, and a bit of magic in every bite.

In a town with a lot of mediocre food options, this was a very happy find. The tacos were very good and you have to get the barria consommé with them. The consommé was so good I grabbed a spoon and started drinking it like it was soup ♂️

Amazing tacos. A little pricey at $4/taco but they did have a lot of meat and toppings. Also. Extra for the consumè which was delicious but only used about half with 6 tacos.
Still, $35 for dinner is probably cheaper than if id gone to a sit down place.
I miss living in Mexico and getting $1 tacos but I also understand that Supplies and insurance cost a whole lot more here.
I will be back for sure.

Note it’s unclear when the truck is there. We first wanted to try it for dinner around 6.30pm but the truck was not there. We came the next day at 2.30pm and it was there.

Hot dog… (how can a hot dog be all that good…?) It was GREAT!! soft, fresh bun, good toppings, onions and mayo… delish!! And sopes are not found every place and these are pretty yummy. Tasty birria, not too cheesy – just right!! YUM.
