My wife and I stopped by Mucho Aloha Brewhouse in Kauai and had a fantastic experience!

The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a casual meal. We especially loved the veggie nachos—they were loaded with fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. This place is a must-visit for anyone looking for great food, refreshing drinks, and a fun, laid-back vibe on the island.

Tequila and mezcal collection is top notch, glad to have found this place! Maybe one of the only places with this collection in all the island! Great grilled fish taco’s too.

This sweet little spot on Kauaʻi, it holds a beautiful mana (spirit), and once you find it, it just keeps pulling you back. My beautiful wahine (wife) and I, we were only on the island for one short week, but we kept coming back—four times! Like the tide, it just calls you home.
I made it my mission to sample every single brew they had flowing, just to see what kind of talent they get on tap. They’ve got some good ones, truly. But if I had to pick one to sing about, the one that really touched my soul, it’s the delightful Country Time Belgian farm ale. It’s so clean, so crisp, it just sings the song of the islands right in your glass.
The whole atmosphere here is pure lokahi (harmony). It’s so easy and relaxed—exactly where you want to hoʻonanea (unwind) and forget your troubles. We loved settling in, especially when the evening cooled and those warm outdoor fire pits were glowing under the stars. It’s the perfect setting for my lady and me.
And the staff? Oh, they are the heart of the place! Always so genuinely friendly, always with that deep, warm Aloha spirit for everybody who walks through the door. If you’re planning a trip to Kauaʻi, you simply must add Mucho Aloha Brewhouse to your itinerary. Five stars, no question. Mahalo nui loa, everybody. Right on!

Really cute place with a nice atmosphere. Hilariously small portion on the fish taco. Maybe .5oz per taco. I pointed it out and they did bring more fish but only for me when three of us at the table had the same dish with the same issue. When I piled all the fish and slaw into one tortilla, it made a pretty solid taco lol

This is an interesting destination in Kōloa town. Great indoor/outdoor vibe. Wonderful beer and Brewhouse

Our recommendation is that you go for a beer and to enjoy the atmosphere. But do NOT eat there. The food was mediocre. I would say the worst fish tacos we had on Kauai. The smash burger was decent. But nothing special. The Chips and Salsa were just – okay.

Bartenders were friendly.
Food service staff didn’t take much interest or seem to care if the food they served was okay. Served it and left – never to be seen again. Even if you searched them out and asked for something one or 2 times. Zero response.

Overall the Mucho Aloha Brewhouse scored as our lowest restaurant experience of our trip in Kauai. Would never eat there again. Might get a beer. But stay away from the food.

Gets business purely based on t’s fantastic location.

The food was 2 stars max
The atmosphere and beer are a 5.

We have returned to Mucho Aloha for the second year in a row while on vacation on Kauai. The atmosphere and food are just amazing. You can choose to dine inside or out on the terrace. The burger and fries were amazing and the fish tacos were delicious!

One of the best imperial coffee stouts I’ve had in a long time. Definitely needs to be submitted to a national beer competition. Kudos to the brewmaster.

My husband and I stopped here for an early dinner. The smash burger with guac was GREAT! Carnitas tacos were good but lacking flavor. We came during Happy hour and it was super busy, had to wait a bit for a table as it was pouring outside on the picnic tables and seating inside is a little limited. Would def come again for another burger !

Simple, chill vibes. Exactly what we needed after a busy beach day. The drinks were strong, and the food was great (and spicy for this Minnesota girl!). The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!
