Great soft tacos and just about everything else on the menu I have tried. Fast friendly service and great food. Highly recommend

My wife and I stopped here for lunch and had a very disappointing experience. The woman at the counter was pleasant and helpful, which made this even more unfortunate, but the food was unacceptable.
We ordered street tacos with beef and pork, and the meat tasted as if it were close to expired. We also ordered chicken nachos; the chicken was cold, and the cheese on top wasn’t even melted. Serving cold meat and unmelted cheese raises serious concerns about basic food handling and safety.
Having eaten Mexican food in Mexico and at authentic Mexican restaurants in multiple states, I can say with confidence that this was the worst “Mexican” food my wife and I have ever had.
What made it worse is that we spent over $30, and despite the experience, I still left a good tip because my wife and I have both worked in restaurants and respect service staff. Unfortunately, the food itself is the real problem here.
I strongly recommend that people avoid this location until the owner addresses the quality and food safety issues. Serving food like this is an accident waiting to happen in terms of health concerns and potential food poisoning. I genuinely hope the owner will try the food themselves and get this place back in order.

We have been going to Muchas Gracias restaurants for over 20 years with it being a family favorite in the Portland/Vancouver area. Happy to see that there is a Roseburg location, close to I-5. Very clean and food was great!

Let’s start with the positives… clean lobby and bathroom. Nice register person who was polite and helpful.
Now the reason for the low stars: the street tacos (2 carnitas, 2 carne asada) tasted like old meat, close to spoiled.
We also got chicken nachos, which were cold, wet, and the worst nachos we’ve ever had. The meat was so cold that the shredded cheese on top didn’t even melt.
We spent $37 there… wasted. Never going there again.

If your looking for good size food options for a good price. This place is for you. Best bang for your buck in town. Their burritos are huge and sooo good. Love putting back a breakfast burrito with some fire sauce on it. Definitely recommend.

Hubby had the chips and salsa. The Pico de gallo salsa was plentiful and his favorite, so he ate it all with glee. The taco salad , ordered without fried shell, came with a surprise side of beans and rice. The lettuce was minimal with a healthy heap of lightly drained shredded pork. Would be perfect for someone who prefers minimal spice, I would have enjoyed more. My complaint would be that there was not enough lettuce and the pork juice made straining each bite necessary. I’d give them another try if we’re back in town.

Went through the drive thru. They were ready to take my order as soon as I pulled up. Answered any question I had very quickly. I pulled up to the window and food was hot and ready in less than 10 minutes.

We’ve liked everything that we’ve tried. The prices and quality are good. Chimichanga and veggie burrito pictured. The nachos and street tacos were great. We’re happy they’re here and hope they stay.

Fantastic Pork Adobadas plate! I also got a side of grilled jalapenos and onions and it was served with a really nice spice mix and was properly cooked (translucent onions). It is refreshing to see a Mexican restaurant serve this traditional side dish instead of pretending to know how to cook it and serving undercooked or unseasoned ones. The pork portion was huge and so tangy and good. I got it with whole pinto beans, rice, pico, lettuce and some guacamole. I like their salsas also, the red one is hot and really good. They have construction going on the street outside, and it’s pretty major and loud, this is getting in the way of the business for them, but it will probably be done fairly soon.
