I had a great experience at Muchas Gracias! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, perfect for a casual get-together or a quick bite. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our needs were met. The food was delicious, especially the tacos and the signature margaritas—they truly hit the spot. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but overall, a fantastic spot with tasty dishes and great service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Came into Walmart to pick up things.. wasn’t sure what I wanted for lunch, while skimming through yelp, google and tripadvisor place for a decent Mexican place as we were walking out, I noticed Muchas Gracias and thought, lets give this place a try. I wanted something with flavor so ordered the adobada burrito. The cashier was nice and the food came fast and hot. Honestly, one of the best burritos I’ve had all time. The flavor was on point, get both salsa and the pickled onions and carrot (escabeche). For $9 you can’t beat how huge it was. Definitely feed the both of us! Grants pass has one other location and the other in Medford If they are as consistent as they should be then you should be able to visit any other of their locations and still get the same quality!
Can’t seem to find them anywhere else. They have to be the same company; the logo is the same…. Hopefully they add this location to their website soon!

I woke up with bad diarrhea from 3am to all day from a chicken fajita burrito I ordered the night before. I was sick at work and I called to complain that the food was bad or old and they did nothing about it and did not get compensated for it. The manager said he checked the food stock and had no other complaints about the fajita burrito from other costumers and I dont believe the manager at all. Something was bad in it.

We ordered 2 ground beef burritos yesterday and I bought one for my mentally challenged son. 3 bites into the burritos, dark red grease started dripping out the bottom of bought burritos. The kind server brought us napkins 3 times. My son got grease all over his shirt pants and hands.
I feel we deserve to be compensated for spending 28 dollars on the worst burritos we have ever eaten. It was definitely a bad experience.

Not good at all.
Birria was flavorless, consommé was extremely watery and flavorless.
One order of birria tacos came with no onion, cilantro, or lime, which was weird.
Salsa for chips is pico de gallo, not typically what you’d assume salsa to be.
The horchata looked terrible so we didn’t get any.
The tortilla chips and the corn tortillas on the tacos were the tastiest part of the meal.
$38 (including a $3 mandatory tip on the card machine) for 4 bland tacos (one missing all toppings) water consommé, a literal handful of chips and pico… that is absolutely outrageous.
Definitely a lack of pride here. I understand times are rough for everyone, But you can do better.

Probably the poorest excuse for Mexican food ive EVER had, and ive had some bad Mexican food.
$14 for horchata and chimichanga.
The horchata was basically milk and sugar, and the chimichanga? Ive had better microwave burritos than this.
The chimichanga was so obviously made, then frozen for who knows how long and it wasnt even hot. It was warm at BEST the cheese inside was barely melted, the obviously frozen meat that had barely been warmed up left the chimichanga soggy, and i could not in court say without a shadow of a doubt that it was real meat, at some point in time? Maybe just maybe it was real meat, but not anymore. The only redeemable trate about what i ordered is that it came with pico de gallo that was par.
TL,DR: I dont know how this place is in business and opening another location.

Had to repeat my order several time and the still got my order wrong . It’s say you can also dine In but could not find the door . It needs to be clearly marked . The food that I did get was good . I didn’t take it back because I live 30 min. Away

Maybe they just give old food to the DoorDash orders, but I’ve ordered food from here twice, and both times, the burrito was not made to order. The flour tortillas were so old that they dried out on the edges. It takes a few hours for that to happen, and the lettuce was old and slimy cause of the heat and its sitting so long. How long is it just to make the burrito to order? Just lazy, no pride in your food. Save yourself the gross old food and go somewhere else.
