I hate leaving bad reviews but here goes. What a ripped off. Look what they gave me for their overpriced signature NY steak (picture 1). Their excuse was the cook was a junior. I question the QA protocol. Dont even start with how they respond this. For the price they charged, I expect top notch quality in many aspects. It was an unprofessional, disappointing experience.
The only reason I give 1 star because Tuti, the more senior server on duty, was attentive and ensured I receive the medium rare level I had ordered for (picture 2, though slightly awkward as she kept peeping from a distance).
Safe to say I won’t return nor recommend 🙂

First time here, the place is so comfy, quiet and calm ambience. The medium steak was perfect, so juicy and tasty! Quite unexpected but they have smoking room area with AC as well. It is not bad to give yourself a reward after hardworking in Jakarta!

Except for when i visited there and some of the waitresses are giving me a look of disdain. MIND YOU, I WAS DRESSING UP NICELY AND CLEAN!! I don’t intend to enter the restaurant without paying either. For such restaurants to be represented by this kind of behavior are totally unacceptable.
Notes : i was ordering chicken alfredo with mashed potatoes, and the waiter immediately write it and comes with a pasta series. For context, i showed her the menu i was trying to order but she just wouldn’t look at me, and end up giving me the wrong order. Obviously they offered to fix it to me, but i was already starved and disappointed.
I DON’T intend to returning back here for at least a few months, for the very reason that the service are 1/10

The meat is not worth the money, it’s not bad but nothing extraordinary that justify the price. We order classic steak & wagyu something (price around 700 after tax). Just a so so restaurant with fancy pricing that ill never visit again.

I ordered chicken steak & prawn aglio olio. The steak was nicely cooked & good portion. The prawns were big & fresh! Waiting time is adequate. Nicely ended with dirty matcha. The staff was very friendly ( Tuti ). Rustic oldies style steak house.
