Very cool staple in Mt. Hood. The atmosphere is really great and welcoming. Very spacious and the staff is friendly. Have to admit, Amanda is very spirited, bubbly and an Amazing host!! She made my experience worth the trip. The food and beers are great and really good variety of beers and rotating seasonal selections. The wings and spinach dip were perfect, so flavorful and plenty of options for everyone. Can’t wait to go back..

Food was OK, serviceable but nothing outstanding. The atmosphere was great though, typical mountain log cabin feel. Would be a great place to grab a few drinks after hitting the slopes.

I ordered the Apple Bacon Burger.
The apple and bacon combo works really well, and the sauce is the highlight—rich, well-balanced.
That said, I felt the patty was a bit overcooked and slightly dry. With a juicier burger, this would have been a solid step up.

I also tried their apple cider, and it just wasn’t quite my taste (a bit different from what I expected).

I’d describe this place as a great stop after a morning at Mt. Hood whether you’ve been skiing or snowboarding when you just want to quickly sit down and get some warm, comforting food. Relaxed, cozy, and easy, especially when you’re tired and hungry from the snow.

We went only for a drink and snacks. The vibes are great. However too pricey. We paid $18 for 3 wings. That’s kinda overpriced. Beers and ciders were outstanding. Service was great by bartender! Seating was very comfy! But price wise it’s challenging for a single pizza to be above $21

We stopped in for a family meal and overall it was a mixed experience. I ordered the Hatch macaroni and cheese special, but unfortunately it wasn’t to my taste—probably closer to a three-star dish. The Brew Pub Melt was decent, while the plain cheeseburgers were actually the highlight of the night—simple but tasty, and much better value compared to the other entrées. The pizza was just “medium” at best. What really stood out, though, was the price. Our bill came to $160, which felt unusually expensive for what we ordered. If we go back, I’d probably stick with the burgers, which were solid at around $10 each, versus the $20+ dishes that didn’t quite deliver.

Not sure we will be coming back here as the food was disappointing. The prices do not justify the quality of food you actually get. I understand its a pub, but goodness 16.00 for pretzel bites???

Stopped in here while up at Mt. Hood and really enjoyed it. Had an excellent sour beer that hit the spot, and the fries we ordered were great as well. Service was friendly and made the visit even better. Solid spot to relax with good beer and food after a day in the area.

We go up to Govy 1-2x per month. Been doing this for decades. Beers here are good. Big fan! Been drinking them for almost 20 years. Though they’re food has tremendously gone down hill. They use to have amazing calzones. Big! But this last time we got a pizza to-go. No size choices. Just one size. And when we were waiting on the pizza the bartender was making fun of pizzas with great ingredients & veggies on them as “hipster”. Basically snubbing his nose at anything that wasn’t pepperoni. And just so happens we love pizzas with tons of veggies, which is what we ordered. But whatever. We drank our beer & got our pizza & left. Got back to our cabin we got for a few days & the pizza was tiny. Like a personal tiny pizza in a big box. Very deceptive. Disappointed to say the least. Frustrated. Feeling ripped off. Won’t go back. But we’ll drink their beers that are served up at Charlie’s Mountainview or Timberline Lodge. Definitely not going back for food.

We really lucked out on this location. We went somewhere else during lunchtime and was told that it would be an hour wait for food to come out. Came here, food was quickly ordered and no sooner we drank half our drink, food was coming out! Great beer selection, and will come here again for that last minute beer before heading home from the slopes

Fries were great. Pork sandwich and burger was good. Bangers and mash to die for: pea shoots instead of peas. So cool. 6 choices for the beer flight. What more could you ask for. And good and friendly service.
