Mt Healthy Diary Bar has some of the best soft serve ice cream I’ve ever had. They also offer hot dogs, nachos and other food items but the milkshakes and ice cream are the reasons to visit. They have a drive through and a fair amount of outdoor seating. They only accept cash.

Amazing local dairy bar! Small was plenty, kids tried a medium and it was the size of their head. Big fan of the Blue Ice cream, definitely worth a drive. It is cash only.

This place is really good for ice cream and smoothies. They also have a wonderful selection to choose from. They give you a good amount for the money which is nice if you’re really wanting to curb your sweet tooth ☺️. They have hamburgers and hotdogs too. Hotdog I ordered was just okay though. Nothing to brag about really. Everything else was great. Very friendly staff. A HEADS UP….ITS CASH ONLY! Be sure to bring cash if you’re interested in visiting here. Lots of outdoor seating for you if you want to sit and eat. No indoor seating. Drive through available if you don’t want to walk up to the window to order.

The ice cream is delicious! The drive thru line moves very slow. It’s often times much quicker to just hop out and go to the window to order, than just wait in the drive thru. I have gotten out of the line on more than one occasion and gone to the window to get my order and was back in my car before I would’ve even been close to ordering in the drive thru. It is the one downfall of this spot. Not sure why it so so there and the walk up window moves so much quicker. But everything I’ve gotten from there has been good and worth it!

I was there on a Thursday mid-afternoon. No line @ the walk up window. The drive thru was steady. Ice cream is great! 041223 was there about 2 pm, no walk up line, service was fast, ice cream was good, drive thru was steady again. 081923 warm day, pretty good crowd! There was a bit of a wait, nothing too bad, just be patient, both walk up windows were open. The girls did a great job, thank you!

Giant portions are given on ice cream. Chocolate malts were fantastic. Nothing is bad or average here. It’s all top grade ice cream. They only take cash!!!!

The Mt. Healthy Dairy Bar is mostly busy all the time. Children and adults getting cool treats is a wonderful site! Lots of parking and tables for all to enjoy. I waited in the drive thru line almost 15 minutes mid-day and saw people struggling to reach the drive thru window (bad angle for a pull up for many who have license but really don’t know how to drive). Customer service was very good! Can’t thank them enough for contorting there bodies to collect monies from patrons. What will help to speed up the process? Is a drive thru menu posted somewhere before approaching the window. And a mechanical arms stretching out to the cars as needed. I Love ice cream so maybe the City of Mt. Healthy can assist this business with just a few improvements…it’s a win-win for the community and business.
