My Fuji was a blast for double date night. We were seated very quickly without a reservation on a Saturday night. The hibachi was fun and quick and it wasn’t too gimmicky. I would say that they are in a little need of some updates to the atmosphere. Otherwise all around good experience.

The food is delightful, and often times, it comes out fast. I have been going here for years giving then patronage. The customer service is where this place lacks, and despite that, me and my friends still tip 30% every time for the hard work they’re doing. I just wish the service was better, but unfortunately I do not think I’ll be coming back for a while. I do love this place and the food is great, so hopefully your experience here is better.

We typically eat at the Parker location, but ventured out to Castlerock yesterday. Our experience with the staff was very disappointing, and the manager was unwilling to accept an online coupon we found specific to the Castle Rock location. I showed her on my phone how the coupon was directly tied to the restaurant. She refused to accept the coupon stating new ownership was not accepting any coupons. Regardless a dinner for four people for $250 was unreasonable. We will not return.

Mt. Fuji is amazing. The food is delicious and staff is wonderful. We received our order in one of the boats. There were 4 of us and we ordered a lot of food. I don’t eat raw fish so I order items that are cooked. We had a large array of choices and all were excellent. If you love sushi, this is the place to go.

I did not know they had a Mt. Fuji in castlerock. My whole life we’ve always gone to southlands as we lived in Aurora for a long time. We moved to kiowa five years back and decided to check this location out! Wow. I just wanna start off by saying, I’ve had a lot of chefs from the age of 12 and on, (26 now) Lee at this location was hands down the BEST chef I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was extremely out going and fun, even with my son and my nieces and nephew at the table as well. Very energetic and just had positive vibes and was so fun to joke around with. He made the entire experience extremely fun for everybody at the table. The food was amazing, as usual! The only thing I noticed was that the salad and soup that come out before the meal is a night and day difference if you’re use to the Mt.Fuji at southlands. Still very good though! The soup tasted more of a pepper flavor and the salad had more of a sweeter sauce but we all ate it up. I highly recommend coming here! I never had an empty glass of my drink, the service was perfect and I highly recommend asking for Lee. The food was amazing as always.

The last two times my family came has been terrible. This last time, they shoved 4 adults in a small corner…one received a quarter amount of rice and veggies as the rest of table. Then they mix the filet and steak on the grill; but you pay extra for filet, so you’re lucky if you get the higher quality filet you paid $10 more fore. We asked for extra noodles and got the same amount as the whole table, the last 2 times. It’s unfortunate because the food is delicious; but being uncomfortable and having to take my food home so I have room to eat it, is terrible. When I said something to someone about it, I had an employee come up to us, in our sardine corner, and yell and point at us. I’m not even kiddin…Food is great, but definitely not worth it.
