Went for the first time on New Year’s Day for dinner. The place was lively and full of people. The burger (got the piedmontese MR) and garlic fries (perfectly cooked) were amazing. Great prices too.

The absolute best place for food and drinks. Excellent service!!! Best bar and grill in the area. I love the bartenders here and the food is a huge hit. I love the black bean burger and the french fries. They have such a great selection of beer and liquor, and mixed drinks. They also have amazing dessert. I got the chocolate cake and ice cream and it was some of the best dessert I’ve ever had. I was shocked. Definitely check this place out!!! You won’t regret it!!! My favorite bar in the entire area.

First time experience: We got there early enough to beat the rush, so that was great! The scenery was very comfortable. Call me old, but the music was a little too loud for easy conversation. Food was delicious and looking forward to trying more on the menu in future visits

Cozy, old school feeling tavern with wood paneling and exposed brick walls. Mt Chalet has been the post hockey game spot for years. Good food and great service. Our server Heather was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and very attentive. Will definitely continue going back.

The place was buzzing and our server, Rachel was so nice and efficient! The manager Chris was incredibly kind and helpful. He politely asked people to clear a path for my daughter as she navigated through the crowd on crutches! It’s been a long time since we have been there but we will be back soon for burgers and the delicious kale salad!

It was my first time here, expecting from the reviews a good meal, I build my own burger, I ordered well done and it was clearly not, the guacamole from the burger tasted like it was old. I order a diet coke and it didn’t taste like it was a diet coke, it tasted more like water with soda, they didn’t bring the can or the bottle.
And the waitress was a little bit rude, not recommend & not coming here again.

This place is LOUD. Even when in the outside portion! Soda is flat/undrinkable, especially their “coke” which I’m 90% sure is just off brand “cola” of some type, because it is the WORST “coke” ive ever tasted. Ordered the chicken sliders, which in reality is just a chicken tender on a bun with a half piece of American cheese on it. NOT what I would call a real slider. Also isnt easy to eat a round and long chicken tenders on a flat bun. I expected actual chicken patties/flatter chicken that would make sense on a bun. Overall, not impressed, will be skipping this place next time.

Have evidence if owner would like me to provide it. Terrible customer service, keyed my card in one day, then the next day told me they couldn’t key cards in. Told them I’d have to run and grab my card and they freaked out, threatening to call the police. When I came back with the card five minutes later and paid my bill, they told me I was no longer allowed back. I have the entire incident recorded on my phone, which clearly shows that at every point prior to being asked to leave, I was polite, responsible and trying to settle my bill. The manager was hostile from the get go, and is clearly not willing to take accountability for her own aggressive behavior. I can be contacted at the number I provided to that manager, as well as other relatively simple to deduce means – if the owner would like to have me provide the recording I would be happy to do so. Perhaps replying with an email for me to send the recording to would be the easiest way to verify just how unreliable the manager’s account of events really is.

Burgers were pretty good and the truffle fries were tasty. The wings were very good and fresh, they were the best part of the meal. Staff was nice and the place is clean. It’s very loud, which isn’t a negative it’s just if you like quiet places this isn’t the spot for you. Will go back again.
