The dishes we create are made with carefully sourced ingredients from the length and breath of the beautiful land called India Whole spices from Kerala , chillies from Rajasthan and saffron from Kashmir Every dish that we cook has its own character and cooked organically. All the food that we make day after day is cooked fresh. Nothing is cooked in a hurry. The aroma which prevails in the air with exquisite flavour is prepared just to please our guests. We had two chicken dishes which were listed on the menu as ‘served with salad’. For both dishes the chicken was overcooked and dry. The salad was derisory – three half slices of cucumber and a slice of radish, at best a garnish but definitely not a salad.

I recently dined here for New Year’s Eve and my experience with Msala Ministry was impeccable. The food was delicious and they have an extensive menu to suit everyone. Our party of 6 were all impressed by the consistent high quality of the food. The waiting staff were also very friendly and polite. I would also like to offer thanks to the staff who manage the bookings as they were very accommodating, managing to add extra seats to our table last minute during a very busy evening. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be returning.

So glad we found this gem of a restaurant. Dined at many Indian Restaurants in my time but this one is absolutely worth writing home about. The service was totally professional and courteous. The feel is of an up-market and stylist restaurant. Yet the prices are fair and reasonable. But the best bit was the food! In two words – simply superb. The taste, the variety (over 100 mains to chose from!) and the quantity. I find this all hard to match for miles around. Will be back.

Absolutely fabulous. Extensive and varied menu with lots of original dishes that I haven’t seen anywhere else. The food was delicious and represented really good value. I usually have a takeaway but tonight I visited the restaurant; Attentive but not intrusive service in pleasant, clean surroundings.
Would recommend without reservation.

I honestly don’t know why there are so many 5 star reviews, the presentation is nice but didn’t make the food taste any better, prawns were over seasoned, rice wasn’t the best, the prawn and scallop curry, the scallops were rubbery. When we’d finished no one came to clear our plates and I had to walk up to the bar and pay myself. Was not worth £71, you can get much better and cheaper in Bristol. Only thing I actually enjoyed was the garlic naan.

I took my family there on 23/02/26 to celebrate my son’s 38th birthday. Absolutely fantastic. The best Indian food I have tasted. Service good and attentive. Can throughly recommend it.
