Service was slow and I had to ask a couple times for a soda, but the pho was tasty and the crab rangoons quite good. Inside space was larger than I expected and clean as well. Above average local pho spot, just don’t be in a hurry.

The place is clean and nice. I went on around 4PM. There was only one other customer.

I ordered a fresh roll, a banh-mi and a thai tea.

The fresh rolls were good, but I felt the sandwich to be too dry, but it tasted okay, nothing great.

The service is the one that caught my eye though. They never offered me any cutlery and not even a napkin.

One of the waiters kept chatting with the other customer all throughout, and the rest were busy in their booth chatting with each other.

Eventually I had to go and fet my own napkins from the counter. No one seemed to be bothered by that.

I silently finished my meal and walked to the counter to pay the check.

I recently visited Ms. Saigon Kitchen in Issaquah and ordered the Hot Stone Pho, but unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations.
The broth was quite salty, and the sliced beef was served separately like a shabu-shabu style, which made the flavors feel disconnected.
Although it was served in a hot stone bowl, the soup cooled down much faster than I expected.

The biggest disappointment was the timing — my pho came out after everyone else at the table had almost finished their meals, which really took away my appetite.
The staff was friendly, but the overall dining experience, especially the serving timing and flavor balance, definitely needs improvement.

The pho broth is average. I wish it tasted more authentic.. 6/10
Orange chicken and pork rice dish have good flavors 7/10.
The restaurant looks bright, nice, and clean like a home kitchen with marbles countertops to dine in. But we visited on a busy weekend lunch, so the wait time for food was pretty long.
Overall I have a decent dining experience, but I’m not sure if there’s anything memorable enough for me to want to come back.

Food was great and the service was very attentive and polite. I had the pho and asked to switch to the spicy broth. It was super tasty and a good size portion. I also ordered the chicken wings which were big and juicy. I would definitely come here again!

Lunch was delicious! It is a nice and clean atmosphere, staff was friendly and helpful. My mom and I had steak and brisket pho, it was delicious! The broth was very fresh, noodles and meat were good quality! This is now my favorite pho place and will definitely be back!

I’ve tried pho at many places, but this restaurant truly stands out. The broth is clear and flavorful, naturally sweet without being too salty or heavy. The meat is fresh, tender, and they give a generous portion. The noodles have a perfect texture and don’t get mushy.

The restaurant is clean, the service is quick and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality.

I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my friends!

Almost 5 stars in terms of food taste/flavor. Our experience is always ordering vegetarian dishes. Banh-mi, Pho, Bun and Com dishes are all worthwhile. In the chef’s signature we have tried the Mongolian and would eat again. About the only sub-par stuff we have eaten here is the Garlic noodles. Would not order again.

As good as their food is, their service is quite inconsistent. We have never been in prime rush hour and have found that in spite of plenty of restaurant staff around, one has to really grab their attention to get the food order placed or to get the bill. It appears they leave the table alone once the food is delivered. And they seem to have an unpleasant attitude once they show up after you grab their attention. On the other hand, they are fairly prompt to seat you. I hope they will fix their service issues.

Love Ms Saigon Kitchen. I hope their food quality continue to stay stellar and get even better. We will visit again soon.

Like the hot stone pho which includes a short rib. The combo pho is not bad either. I find their soup tastier than the other Vietnamese places on the eastside. I hope they maintain the quality.

I had a bad cold and really wanted some delicious pho but instead I got sub par pho. I ordered takeout. Customer service was nice I was greeted as soon as l walked in. I got the chicken pho and the broth tasted like it had a licorice undertone, I was underwhelmed eating it. I tried the coconut prawns and they were just so so. I was more impressed with the amount of greenery in the restaurant, it’s a small place but it has some festive cheer and fake fire place that I enjoyed but I noticed that ALL the walls where the tables attached were stained with sauce, seems easy to clean, I’m not sure why someone would let this go. Honestly if you want good pho I would look elsewhere.
