I very much enjoyed the MS Chicken Shack! I’ve been super excited to try it ever since I moved to the area and today was the day. I called and spoke with Finn when I placed my order. He took care of everything for us and he even let us place separate orders for separate payment. He even made a joke saying that he was so lucky to be able to talk with two people to place one phone call order.
When I arrived, the outside of the place looks like it may have been a jeweler or something of the sort at one time or another, but when you go inside, you feel completely transformed like you are in a different area. Finn greeted me when I came in and gave me the complete rundown of their establishment. He said that they only make orders as they come in and everything in the whole place is made from scratch.
We tried the waffle chicken, which is like chicken and waffles flavoring in chicken and breeding, we also tried the regular chicken which is super delicious!! We were very impressed with the home cooked feel of the meal. We also tried the green beans (amazing), the collars greens (perfect), the cole slaw (very delicious), the french fries (pretty good), and the corn muffins (super delicious).
All in all we had a great experience and plan on going back and trying more soon!

The people working here are always very pleasant. The chicken waffle bites are tasty especially dipped in the warm maple syrup that accompanies them. Mashed potatoes and potato salad are also very satisfying. Unfortunately the greens, while very tender, were in a very, very salty brown broth. There was an aftertaste I can’t put my finger on. Beef maybe? I’ve attached a picture. I removed most of the greens to get a better look at the liquid. Not something I would try again. The corn muffin that came with the meal was so incredibly dry it turned to crumb dust the minute I tried to pick it up. While not everything was on point with this meal they do make the best chicken in the valley and I’d order just chicken from here anytime.

The chicken is exceptional , meaty ,cooked well ,was the best I have eaten in a very long time . The sides were generous and homemade I had the mashed potatoes made from real potato’s, with gravy , green beans. Will be back that’s for sure on top of it all prices were reasonable Don’t hesitate to give them a try, I must admit I enjoyed this more than my own Kentucky fried chicken. Puts the chains to shame. .

Atmosphere of the restaurant took me back to when I was a kid, while into the kitchen while a family member was cooking. Food was phenomenonal. I had the 3 Wings with Collards and Smoked Beans. Would happily dine here again!

You won’t truly understand the meaning of the word “savory” until you’ve had their chicken. Interior will remind you of coming home to Ma’s kitchen – that’s your first sign that this will be a delicious meal. A must-try in Beaver Falls!
