Mrs. Wonderful’s Cafe was incredible! This is a small business so plan to spend a decent amount of time here, as the food is all homemade and therefore takes a little bit to come out. Don’t fear, everything is worth the wait and every dish was incredible! Each bite was packed with flavor!
Pricing is a little on the expensive side, but the portions were large and very filling!
The patio is adorable and made for a relaxing brunch in a fun atmosphere.
The staff here was all very friendly and attentive to the customers. They rounded on us frequently and made sure every need was taken care of!
Overall I highly recommend this cafe!

We walked in last night, not realizing they were closing early, and we were still greeted warmly by the owner and seated near the window in what has to be one of the most eclectic restaurants I’ve ever seen! It’s filled wall to wall with mismatched tables, chairs, and shelves… and quite honestly, that gave it a warm, relaxed, homey atmosphere. We loved it! There was owner Mom, daughter was our server, one cute little girl, and one baby that was even carried to our table during service! This was our first (and not last) visit, so I don’t know if this is typical… but it added to the feeling of visiting a friend’s home. Everyone was very warm and friendly… we even gave hugs when we left.
Dinner was AMAZING! We started with a caprese salad… the heirloom tomatoes were beautifully ripe. My husband had the Aglio e Olio with Wild Shrimp and was in absolute food heaven. I had the Pasta Pierpaulo and loved it! Everything was served hot and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The portions were not skimpy and I was able to take half my meal home! The fresh homemade bread was the perfect compliment to the meal. My husband also enjoyed his flight of wine. He said every glass was very good.
I really recommend a visit to Mrs. Wonderful’s! We loved it so much that we’re hoping to get in for brunch this weekend before we continue our travels on Monday.
One last thing… if I can remember this correctly… Thursday and Fridays they serve pasta meals and salads, brunch on weekends, and pizza and salads mid-week… with a changing menu each week.
Go! Enjoy!

WOW. Wish I could leave more than 5 stars. Food was absolutely amazing. We came for brunch on a Sunday, and our group got the ham & egg panini, turkey panini, pancakes, and fresh egg plate – everyone was blown away. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is eclectic and charming, it feels like a cute family restaurant. The servers are so sweet and attentive. A little wait for food but we didn’t mind, we loved sitting on the patio and the food made it 100% worth it. We can’t wait to come back again and try the dinner menu!

Definitely worth it ! If you want good quality organic food, French press coffee, and a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place. But, don’t be in a hurry … and don’t expect cheap .. quality homemade food takes a little longer and organic ingredients cost a bit more. The presentation and the tast is amazing !! I had eggs Benedict and it was the best that I ever had ! This is for those who appreciate fine dining .. oh, and they have an amazing wine selection, and homemade spices available in their gift shop area. Enjoy !!

We popped in on our way back home to Kalispell for some breakfast on a Saturday | had the eggs Benedict on gluten free toast – the hollandaise sauce was also GF (some establishments throw wheat in their sauce or use packets, she makes it in house here and it’s delicious!), and I was also able to order an unbelievable side of Gluten Free French Toast as you can see by the photos it tasted 100% as good as it looks! I can’t remember what the hubby ordered it’s not pictured here) but his was also so delicious, we both ate everything and found our new favorite little Café in Polson!

I loved the bed and breakfast style of the building and cute floral patio design……I was even willing to swallow the $24 Caprese Salad price. The thing that ruined it for me was the service, it sucks when you are excited to go somewhere and try scratch made stuff to be let down by being ignored. I expected a LOT more “Wonderful” from Mrs.Wonderful’s Cafe

Very nice place, easy to miss from US93.
Glad we saw it and stopped.
Charming. Great staff. And the food was excellent.
My wife had the bacon quiche and I had the eggs Benedict.
All with a Mimosa.
Coffee was French pressed and brought to us in it.
Will definitely be back and will suggest to all the people I know.
On US93, on the left hand side, going north. Between 2nd and 1st across Napa.

Eating dinner at Mrs. Wonderful’s reminds me of a place I ate up in the olive tree- covered hills above the town of Lucca Italy in 2016. I stayed in an Air BnB and there was only one restaurant within walking distance open only on the weekends. There was one chef, maybe only a couple dishes to pick from, and everyone who lives in the surrounding hills eats there at least once a week. They all have their own same chairs. It’s like eating with family, even if you’re not family, even if you’re not from there. And mama’s doing all the cooking.
You may not all get your food at the same time (someone else complained about that) but what this assures is that your dish is hot because she just cooked it; it’s not sitting around under a heat lamp waiting for her to cook 6 other dishes! Your dish is made special for YOU! Just eat it when it gets to your table.
We’re all family here. Nobody’s gonna be offended if you eat yours while the next person waits for their’s.
Portions aren’t huge American style, but it’s ample. Sit back, taste, breathe between bites, chew your food, taste the amazing flavors, notice the pasta is perfectly done.
Their pricing directly reflects their commitment to buying local, and organic. They support local growers.
Mary Frances (Mama/chef) and her daughter Diana are truly an amazing team.
Diana is an oenologist, runs the establishment’s wine club, has exquisite taste and a worldly selection of wine. She also happens to be the house baker. She makes scones and galettes that you would be hard pressed to find better! And she does it with a baby on her hip!
The pastry is baked to perfection, made of the freshest, oft locally sourced, and organic ingredients every time they can find it. Real butter and cream, all that good kind of fat that just melts in your mouth!
And if by chance you catch, in the house, or get to chat with papa Gino while he’s making pizza on Wednesday nights consider yourself blessed. And hopefully it’s over a bottle of fine red wine which, among other gift items you can buy right there in house.
They’ve got a great patio and an intimate naturally lit indoor dining area.
It’s an easy walk down to the pristine Flathead Lake for that after dinner passaggiata.

Absolutely loved this coffee shop. The food was so good, highly recommend the Avocado toast, the homemade bread is the best I’ve ever had. The coffee quality is so rich and tasty. This is a family owned business and they take the time to greet and converse with all their guests.
