VERY DISAPPOINTING! Waited for almost 1 hour and Spent almost $60, ordered 8 pcs family dinner paid for 2 extra breast, 2 extra wings and i got 6 wings and 2 breast, i asked for my sides to be Lg slaw and Lg beans but i got mashed potato. Paid for extra sides which is 2 casserole and 2 bakes beans and didn’t even received it i got 1 casserole and 2 gravy, VERY DISAPPOINTED. If i paid for something extra i expect to receive it not to be deny with it. She doesn’t want to cook more breast cause she said everyones ordering breast. Well, not all people eat dark meat especially if youre suffering from health conditions. This is the 2nd time happened to me in this month. Came last week for lunch and they refuse to give me breast even i paid for it. DID NOT EVEN OFFER A REFUND! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! THEY WILL JUST GIVE YOU WHAT THEY WANT TO SERVE. I know the place is busy but not busy enough for them to be lazy to drop chicken breast in the fryer. NO ONE EVEN APOLOGIZE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

So, I just got off a 4-hour flight and rolled up to Mrs Winners with only an hour left before they closed. The crew was super chill and made me fresh chicken on the spot. It was crispy, juicy, and perfect. shoutout to the new manager lady who suggested I try the cinnamon swirl. Man, I’m so glad I did. That cinnamon swirl was next-level

I go to get some lunch from Mrs Winners Stockbridge and im the only one in line. I ask for fresh food, i even tell the lady at the speaker I’m willing to pull on a parking spot and wait on the fresh food “being that the lobby is locked”. I get to the window and my food is cold. I sent it back through the window. The cashier gets mad and rolls her eyes being that I said my food was cold. The manager then come to the window and ask me to pull in a parking spot so I wait 40min then she comes out and ask have I gotten my food yet. I said no im still waiting. 10 minutes later she brings my food and it’s still cold. I then ask for a refund but the manager states she does not know how to do a refund. I ask is there anyone there who does and she says no. She keeps suggesting that I take the food. I tell her I just want my money back. After 5 minutes for going back and forth she hands me a different plate of what I already order and says that giving me another plate is the best that she can do. Then as I’m stirring my gravy into my mash potatoes i notice there is a lot of flakes as if they used instant potatoes and didnt cook it fully. My mom wings were dry, cold, and not even edible due to being hard. The service is absolutely horrible and the staff is disrespectful. Also how can someone be a manager but can’t do refunds on food that not even eating or barely touched. Smh that is my very last time going to the Mrs Winner Stockbridge location and I will suggest that anyone I know do not go either.

Went through drive thru order 3 pc dark meat w/ macaroni and wedges. Got home to discover in the box was only 3 wings so I turned around went back and the man told me that is what I ordered was the snack plate (I don’t eat the wings) even though he confirmed by order after asking for my sides
He fixed the chicken order, charges me another 3.25 for the wedges that tasted terrible like they had been cooked in old grease and still no macaroni guessing my fault since I didn’t check the order and went home again
The chicken was ok but this meal was a waste of money and the svc was a 0
Stockbridge Mrs winners has gone downhill so fast and I will find a new place to go for chicken from now on

The food is great. The business is in a prime location and I guess and from what we experienced twice since going there, that the business is booming. We will not be returning to this location because the employee atmosphere is not as friendly as it could be. It is hard to really describe this because I believe that the employees are under mense stress to serve the customers due to continuous foot and vehicle traffic to this location and an employee may lash out without thinking about who is listening, when they Do not think that people might hear what they are saying. Too bad for us though because the food is really really good.

The biscuits were thin and terrible tasting. The sausage was bad. What happened to Mrs winners. We used to love them. Maybe that’s why the have 74 score on the health inspection.
