So disappointed with such an iconic Sault Ste Marie pizza place. Ordered pizza and wings special…asked for extra items on pizza but were told we couldn’t have them with the special, even though we offered to pay…picked up pizza, it was extremely dry, tasteless and doughy and some of the chicken wings were raw. Spoke to them we were told their wings come precooked, I’d like to know how precooked then re cooked wings have blood in them…absolutely terrible experience, will never go back again

Mrs. B’s used to be the best pizza in town but seems to have gone significantly downhill since then. One positive is that they have pizza available by the slice and they usually have some available. But the crust is flat and thick like it hasn’t risen at all. There is hardly any sauce, and it tastes like plain tomato paste. The cheese and pepperoni are decent. However, the people working at the place seem so unhappy and unfriendly. Could definitely be improved.

Ordered wings, which are usually large and good with the pizza/wing combo, but today we just ordered the wings. They were small and dry and very disappointing to say the least, especially for the price. Very disappointed and will not order wings there again.

We have always ordered pizza from here, it’s the best in town. Last night I happened to see all the reviews about the poor service, while the lady that had worked there forever may seem unfriendly sometimes she makes the absolute best pizza. Last night there were 2 younger people working who were friendly, we ordered a large 2 topping pizza and 20 wings and it was only 42 dollars which was worth it. Everything was good, this was our first time ordering wings and they were heavy and quite large I was very impressed.

My husband Mark went to pick up his order of Hawaiian Pizza and Honey garlic wings,on the weekend and four of the staff couldn’t find his order. He asked them to cancel and he left. They called one hour and a half later said it was ready. Guess that customers aren’t important!

Great pizza, delivery is great! Mrs B’s is our go-to, but ordering pizza always feels like you called someone who meant to screen your calls but accidentally picked up. If you want great pizza, this is a solid option. If you want to feel like you’re bothering someone, also a solid option.

Up until yesterday it was my go-to for pizza. Was really burnt after spending all day outside, so when I ordered, I forgot that the special includes only two toppings, not three. So I was charged full price, meaning I paid 20 bucks for green pepper. What’s worse is the girl behind the counter seemed to enjoy pointing out my mistake. Needless to say, I’ll be ordering from elsewhere from now on.

The girl answering the phone was not friendly at all. But the pizza is fantastic. I always order 2 and send them to the nurses at the hospital as my sister is in long term care. The nurses always have great feedback on the pizza. Thank you
