Brought pizza home. Took a bite and threw it straight into the trash. Meat smelt horrible, Tasted even worse. There pizza needs to be in fear factor where you would get paid if you could finish it. Never ever ever going back there.

They said it was busy and would be an hour wait for delivery… I get it, understood. Took an hour and 45 minutes to get it. I called several times and all I got was the driver was on the way. Again not a problem but be honest about the wait so it doesn’t mess up our plans. If we had known it would be that long we would have got pizza here at Jellystone or went to Babes. Pizza was OK.

Ate pizza last night at around 7-8pm. Woke up at 2am with food poisoning. I can barely move. I wouldn’t wish this pain on anyone.. would not recommend. I’m a hairstylist and had 5 clients today, starting at 6:30am.. i had to cancel everyone!

Used to be my preference, but they can’t seem to get the pizza right. And the manager told me the reason my pizza was wet and soggy because there was pineapple on it. I’ve been eating pineapple on pizza for over 25 years and I’ve never had that problem.
To be fair this was a while ago and I don’t know if she even works there anymore , we tried to order again not that long ago and of course it was messed up and they still wanted to argue about it. Never eating there again, Papa John’s has my heart.

This place has gone down hill, I never minded the price because the pizza was alway great. The last few times not so much. I ordered pizza a few weeks ago and I paid for extra cheese on two and sausage as well, it looked like I got the delish versions and I had sheets of black burnt cheese from a pan on another. Called and asked for the manager since they were closed when I got home and he said he would give me a credit. Well I got to order and I had a 10 dollar credit. I spent 60 bucks on a stuff we could not eat.

I’ve been eating Mr.jims pizza since I was a child and I’ve always enjoyed it but tonight was some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had way overcooked. You can’t tell me they didn’t know they shouldn’t have served it . Mr. Jim’s is some of the most expensive pizza but I usually don’t mind paying for it every so often because it taste so good but this tonight was highly disappointing. I can’t believe they let it out the door I’m not sure if I’ll try it again after seeing all the bad reviews for this location. The pizza cost way too much to have it arrive burnt. I also just noticed it’s not the right pizza dough it’s not the way the hand toss has always been I ate some of the pizza what I could if it as tough as it was and luckily my Jim sticks weren’t burnt but the rest is going in the trash it’s that bad . Seriously, I don’t know what’s going on at this location but avoid the Mr.jims in Burleson I’ve never had this happen and if I was one of only a handful I wouldn’t worry about it happening again but seeing all the reviews something has changed at this location.

Truly a story to behold with this one folks. I don’t understand how you could leave a one star review on such an establishment, you must be either blind or just stupid. Mr.Jims isn’t just a guy, or a restaurant, it’s a dream. A dream of the fluffiest crust, the zestiest tomato sauce, creamy ranch, and the finest pizza crafters on this side of the Mississippi. Great service and even better pizza! I’ll never cheat on Mr Jim’s Pizza. It’s better than Dominos. Better than Pizza Hut across the street. Better than Papa John’s. Mr Jim’s represents what 5 stars really means.
