When you order bread buds but get undercooked bread covered in butter and buried in parm cheese. Thankfully I was able to make it edible so I had something to eat, the guy on the phone stated that they wouldn’t remake the order if I brought it back because it was delivered.

I’ve always love Mr Jim’s pizza, they don’t skimp on the toppings and the staff and friendly and amicable. Only issue and I honestly consider it a minor one in the store front it’s a little small and warm. But you don’t spend a lot of time in there since the staff are so quick to provide your order.

This one was our first time ordering this pizza, and we were extremely underwhelmed. The pizza dough is thick, doughy, and a bit chewy. The stuffed crust turns out to be on the underside of the pizza, and the cheese was not even melted. The sauce on the pizza was also cold. The wings were soggy and downright unappetizing. They aren’t fried they seem to be oven baked. We didn’t manage to get full before we decided to just throw the food away. Steer clear of this joint, I am not sure how they have 4.3 stars at the time of this review.

I Love Mr. Jim’s so much I recommend it to all my friends. They have the best pizza I always get just the basic pepperoni pizza and it is absolutely delicious. I also adore their cinnamon sticks. They are so soft and warm.

Kris, the owner, is extremely polite and has excellent customer service skills. The pizza was delicious and you can definitely taste the quality in the ingredients that they use. The crust was cooked perfectly, and I am super picky about crust. Will definitely be returning!

I wanted to like Mr. Jim’s, but unfortunately, my experience was not great. When I first called, the person who answered the phone was very unprofessional, which was already a red flag. Still, I gave it a shot and placed my order.
When I got the pizza, I was even more disappointed. The crust was extremely burnt, and the texture of both the crust and the toppings just didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared. It lacked the quality I expected from a pizza place.
Overall, between the poor customer service and the burnt, low-quality pizza, I don’t see myself returning anytime soon.

My Jim’s was awsome and priced to impress. I’ll definitely be back here. They just earned a regular. The stuffed cheese pizza was freeken good.
