Last night I ordered the lasagna and bead buds. Tonight we got penne and a salad, a $20 meal for my daughter and me and lunch for her the next day can’t beat it.
I am overjoyed with my service tonight! Not only was the food hot and fresh it was delicious. I accidentally ordered for pickup instead of delivery and the manager called to check if I was still coming to get my food, when I told him I was hoping for delivery he brought it to me. They close at 10 today and all the drivers/employees had already gone home. He was going to wait for me to come get it but instead just delivered.

It’s a pick up only location, meaning there is nowhere to sit inside, which is ok…..just keep in mind you’re not able to dine in. The service was good, very nice guy behind the counter. The pizza was good enough, definitely a nice crust. The Mr. Jim’s sticks with pepperoni were very basic .. no flavor…just bread, cheese and pepperoni. I’d go back if in the area for sure.

Y first time here and great experience. The lady in front was very nice. The pizza had a generous portion of veggies. The price is so so. I recommend this place to get a delicious pizza.

This was my 2nd time trying Mr. Jim’s and it not good. My pizza was burnt and the young man that works there said this, was the way the pizza looks. I did give it a two-star because at least he tried to make it again and the 2nd pizza came out the same way. Just taste like cardboard nothing and bland. I won’t be back there’s other pizza places along here that have better quality Pizza.

I ordered 3 large pizza’s last night. When I received at 935 pm last night it was dry as can be. I think they actually forgot to put pizza sauce on the pizza. When it was delivered it was not as hot as it should be. I tipped ahead of time but what a waste of $50.
Update- I emailed twice as instructed by ownership!
Received no response from ownership!

I have been coming to Mr. Jim’s for years! I have lived in Lewisville, Dallas, Irving and Grand Prairie Tx, the first pizza place I search is Mr. Jim’s! The specialty chicken with spinach…YUM!!! The best! All meat pizza is also a favorite of mine! Try it, they won’t disappoint!

I ordered 2 large pizzas for pick up, 1 with pepperoni and 1 with half sausage and other half with cheese. 2 large pizzas for $20. Pizza was tasted good and hot. Crust needed butter garlic.

My pizza was soaked in grease! I took out several slices so that you can see that it’s the entire box and not just one or two slices. I threw this away! I have been a customer with Mr. Jim’s for 10 years. Never have I ever had pizza this greasy. From anywhere for that matter. When I called the store, the manager I spoke to claimed it was because I ordered beef and pepperoni. I said, please look at my account and you’ll see this is the main pizza I order from here. I’ve never had a box soaked in grease. I ordered pickup. This picture was taken right when I got home. Grease had already seeped through the box. I live 8 minutes from the store.

Recently ate at the one in Aledo. Pizza was delicious. Was in Grand Prairie today and saw one so I decided to order online. However I think the location may be new because it would not pull up on the list of locations to order from. All coupons and discounts are online and they are kinda pricey without them so I went inside to see if they could help me. I was told I could only get a discount if I ordered online but when I showed the guy that I couldn’t place an online order because their location wasn’t listed he didn’t try to help so I just left without getting anything. Guess they don’t need my little $. May try the one in Aledo again if I’m ever back out that way. Nice, helpful, courteous staff at the Aledo location.
EDIT: Returned to the one in Aledo and the pizza was great! Awesome service too and they were able to give me the current specials.
