Order was wrong. Requested no ham and a seasoned crust, both instructions were ignored. The included vegetables were literally a pinch. You can’t make this stuff up. So consequently many of the slices had no toppings on them besides the meat. Will never order again. The included vegetables were tiny little pieces, think minced celery. Pizza Hut gives you lots of whole pieces of vegetables for the same price. In decades of experience, they always get the order right. My hometown Mr. Jim’s was always excellent. Not the these guys.

My family and I have been ordering from the Mr. Jim’s in Carrollton for many years. They are always friendly, reliable and consistent. This evening, I ordered my usual pizza with “less sauce” but when I got home, I found that it had quite a bit of sauce – I know, first world problem. I debated on whether or not to let the location know and ultimately decided to give them a call. One of the delivery drivers answered the phone, was BEYOND Friendly and nice. I asked if maybe my request for less sauce was missed, but he wasn’t sure. They remade the pizza and delivered it to me, Which was amazing because I am currently recovering from total knee replacement! The ingredients, the staff and everything at this location is wonderful. Got a welcome to the neighborhood coupon. Usually never a fan of fast food pizza, not even the big boys (Hut, Domino’s) etc. BUT this was certainly way better then expected. The cheese was high quality and the pepperoni was generous (double pepperoni ordered) and had a nice spice to it. I tried the thin crust this time, next time will be the original. I was impressed.

Got a large pepperoni and a thin crust pepperoni. Pizza dough is a bit chewy on the regular one but it still good. The cinnasticks were the best part of our order. The older gentlemen was a bit rude but the younger guy was great. Will be looking forward to trying it out another time.

First time trying Mr. Jim’s Pizza and the pizza was fantastic! We ordered the Meat Eaters for delivery. Brian was friendly and helpful when he took my order. Delivery was promised for 30 minutes and it was on the dot delivered as promised. The gentleman delivering the pizza was very nice.
All in all it was a great experience and pizza was hot when delivered and tasted fantastic!!
We will definitely order again! Lots of different kinds of pizza to choose from!

This place is a straight up time capsule in the best possible way. Their pizza is still as good as it was when I was a kid in the 90’s. Their quality has held up after all these years. Which is something I can’t say for any of their competitors.

Love me some Mr Jims. The quality has always been consistent on my numerous orders, food is delicious, and for the price it’s pretty darn hard to beat. Sticky Fingers with this crust and garlic butter crust is our consistent go-to, but it’s all good.
