One of the best burgers! I only had a nibble, but it was the best nibble I’ve had in a while lol. This was our second time ordering. I didn’t realize these are ghost locations until I was out last week trying to find the one on Bryant Irvin. Everything was really fresh both times. With the first order, they didn’t send seasoned fries, but after trying the seasoned ones with this order, my son prefers the regular because he says these are too spicy for him. Quite pricey, with the additional delivery fees and tip, but still worth it as an occasional treat for the kid. The first time he didn’t get the cool boxes, so he was excited when he saw this packaging! My only gripe is that there isn’t an option for one meat patty. Knocked off a star because these patties were a bit too salty. Overall, the boy said he’d want to order again.

This is some of the worst food I have ever had. Everything was burned to include the buns on top and bottom. The burgers were so overcooked they were dry. The Nashville hot chicken tender sandwich was a joke. Two chicken tenders with small amount of some of the worst spicy BBQ sauce I have ever had. To make matter worse we ordered Beast Fries seasoned and instead they just gave use 2 orders of regular fries that felt like they were cooked hours earlier. This was a super disappointing experience especially for the price. Honestly I have had better burgers from a microwave. Never will I eat this again and with think twice about trying the MrBeast chocolate bars.

Didn’t go here just looked at website and reviews and chose to find someplace else to eat as the reviews were not good at all.

I had an initial sense of optimism. Or at least, I did—like a naive fool clinging to hope in a cruel, beef-flavored world.
The bun, a sad and crumbly artifact, seemed like it had been unearthed from the ruins of a forgotten bakery. Dry as a desert memoir, it shed flakes like a snake shedding skin, leaving me to ponder if stale bread is now considered artisanal.
The patty? Oh, the patty. Imagine if someone took all the joy and flavor out of a cow and then cooked what was left into a hockey puck. Overcooked to oblivion, this meat was not just well-done; it was a cautionary tale. I searched for seasoning, but alas, there was none to be found. Even salt had abandoned this sinking ship of flavor.
As for the cheese, it was there, I think. A ghostly sliver of something vaguely dairy clung to the patty, adding no more than a faint sense of regret.
To the restaurant’s credit, the fries were warm and crispy.
Service was prompt, but then again, it’s easy to be quick when the only thing you have to do is shovel mediocrity onto a plate.
It was a culinary tragedy—a Shakespearean tale of blandness, where the only real victims were my taste buds.
If you’re looking for a flavorless meal served with a side of regret, this is your place.

Uhhhh…. I’m kinda speechless right now. I usually don’t do reviews unless it’s awful. Don’t even get me started on the prices…. I could have just gone to McDonald’s or heated up a frozen burger. The chicken tenders were so bad, two tiny pieces of chicken that had no flavor. And the buns were horrible super dense and kinda smelled stale. Overall, really nothing has flavor. Only ketchup…. I guess. Please save your money and your mouth. One positive thing is the bag is nice? Haha

I was extremely disappointed with my recent order. Based on the enticing images on Grubhub, I had high hopes for a satisfying meal, especially since I was starving. I ordered the double burger with no cheese and paid extra for caramelized onions, along with loaded fries with chopped meat as an add on.
I expected a delicious SMASH burger, but what I received could only be described as two small, dried-out sausage patties on a bun with very little mustard and ketchup, and no caramelized onions as I had requested. The fries were equally disappointing, with just a teaspoon of meat sprinkled over the top amidst an overload of mayo, ketchup, and pickles. Where was the spicy brown mustard?
For $27, I expected much better. I ended up throwing the meal away, drinking water, and taking an angry nap. Such a letdown

I never do this but I’m so blown away by how disappointed I am with this “food”. First off the whole order was wrong. My wife’s burger topping that we paid extra for was on her fries?? Why? How to do you mess that up? The seasoned fries I paid extra for were not seasoned. The cheese on the fires is a barely melted piece of government cheese. I littler picked the whole slice of cheese off the fries with out it so much as tearing a little bit. The burger patties are not seasoned. The buns seem like the are very near the end of their shelf life. This is no exaggeration when I say I have ate better food in jail, hospitals, and school cafeterias. The price for this “food” is grossly over what this “food” is worth. One and done. Never again. If I wanted to over pay far something I would constantly second guess about if I should ingest or not, I would order mcdonalds and save a bunch of money for something that at the very least taste better, or has taste period. Only flavor you’re getting here is condiments.
