We ordered MrBeast Burgers online and drove to pick them up from this Ruby Tuesday location. I think – judging from many reviews for other locations where the food is sold – a fair number of people don’t realize or understand that MrBeast Burgers is basically using a virtual business model, at present. I think there is only one physical restaurant in New Jersey and that’s it? Not sure.
Anyway, our food was ready & still hot when we arrived to pick it up. Got $5 off order for subscribing with phone number and email. We got the MrBeast style burger in a combo and the Chandler style burger. We got signature style fries and liked that they were spicy seasoned. Overall we thought the food was very good. My kid loves MrBeast’s videos & actually says he really likes MrBeast, himself, as a person (for the kind of character he has;for his actions) & was very happy with his Chandler burger. Based on my son being satisfied alone, I give 5 stars for our experience. Only wish prices were a bit lower but they were fair for what you get if your order is done right, like ours was.
The Ruby Tuesday staff were pretty good & our interaction with them was generally positive. Only thing I didn’t like was that no one was up in the front when we walked in & we waited for a few minutes for someone but they never came. It wasn’t very busy and raining cats and dogs out, so that might have been why no one was up front? Like, they weren’t expecting many customers at that time? We stood there waiting for a few before thinking that we should proceed on back to the bar for service & that’s where we found our food ready in the bag. Everything was still hot, as I already mentioned and I feel that their cook did a good job.
Again, this is not an actual MrBeast restaurant. You have to order your MrBeast food on the website and have it delivered or go to pick it up from a non-MrBeast restaurant. I hope Jimmy/MrBeast will eventually open more brick and mortar sites in the future.

Probably one of the best hamburgers I’ve, I could write a whole paragraph about how good they are, but trust me, I am very picky, if you order from uber eats or any other platform, sometimes they take to long to deliver and gets little cold, what I do I put in the air fryer for a min to warmed up. 10 stars for MrBeats !!!

I had ordered food from this virtual restaurant inside a delivery/ pick up mitchen in East Point, GA Sunday 3/3/25. I waited for an hour before being told the restaurant I ordered from, (Mr.Beast) wasn’t even open. I was told I shouldn’t have even been able to place the order online in the first place and it was an error with their system. Since that restaurant was closed the guy at the front desk said there was no way for them to issue a refund since no one from me.beast was there. No phone number was listed on the receipt and the desk attendant said disputing the charge would be my only resolution. Having no assistance or way to contact this business has only made the process even more difficult. Terrible business!
