This was a horrible experience. I got Mr. Carl that is a Smashburger patty melt with caramelized onions and there’s no onions on here. The fries are wilted no seasoning.

Spent 30 bucks to get a burger and fries through DoorDash and these people didn’t put the seasoning on the signature fries i ordered…. Considering people are paying through the nose to get the stuff at least Give them what they paid for.that was one of the main reasons i even wanted to try this place out….I wanted to try their signature fry seasoning!!! Kind of ruined my meal.Burger was pretty decent but come on guys with the program

The order took 1-1/2 hours to get here. When it did finally arrive, I opened the fries and they weren’t what I ordered. I ordered the beast fries which I paid an upcharge for but received plain fries which were cold, soggy and had no seasoning on them at all. The burger was decent and they got my drink right but other than that, total failure.
