Where to start? I haven’t been to Mr Wok’s in 20 years…and today’s experience reminded me why. Being the only Chinese restaurant open today & having 2 small children that wanted Chinese, we rolled the dice, and totally regret it. Less than an hour after eating I feel sick to my stomach. Upon entering, I should have left. It stunk like a basement & the fish tanks were so packed & filthy it’s definitely animal abuse. The floors were dirty & sticky, the food was either over or undercooked, and the waitstaff had gall enough to try to demand a tip. I’ll be personally calling the health department & animal control once I’m done typing this. Absolutely miserable.

Not bad at all for the price. Considering many single dishes at restaurants these days sometimes cost more than this buffet with lots of options, I’ll give them a better score. The food is good and has a good selection of sushi, and seafood (including crabs) during dinner. Their Yang Chow fried rice makes a big difference in the buffet experience because it serves as your carb base to eat with all the dishes and tastes way better than regular buffet fried rice. Only thing I wish they also brought back was the hibachi at a reasonable price. Then this place would be awesome.

Everytime we go the food is great! It’s what you would expect from a China Buffet, $15 for all you can eat. They have sushi, shrimp, crab, mussels, and clams, and of course all the usual Chinese food fare plus a selection for kids with Mac and Cheese and pizza. There’s ice cream and fruit too. We recommend!

I will not be coming back to “Mr Wok Chinese Buffet”. I arrived at 6:15pm on January 26th and before I could even take a seat and look at the soft drink choices they have, I was bombarded with this woman who was showing us our seat asking what we wanted to drink. First time I felt rushed. We got to dessert around 7:30pm. Finished up and paid our bill. Now 7:50, we get up to leave and the woman (who has been taking our dirty plates) comes over, looks at the table and say “no tip”? Excuse me….. That is absolutely not professional to ask customers concerning a possible tip if it is not apparently visible on the table. Honestly, it wasn’t what she said but how she said it. I followed up her question with a firm NO due to her unappealing attitude and lack of customer service. The next actions occurred: she throws plates of food together, stacking them on top of each other. Begins to clear off our table in an aggressive and vigorous manner. Talking under her breath to her self with what I can only assume to be harsh comments about us. I walked out after. Severely disappointed

We went yesterday because it was the only buffet open on a Tuesday around us and the kids wanted Chinese really bad, will never be back, on top of the disgusting atmosphere and the very below sub par food,the wait staff was incredibly rude and horrible. At one point we were brought over refills of our drinks that we didn’t ask for which usually at a buffet setting they do,but we were charged for them,we weren’t even going to ask for refills as we all still had more than half our drinks left anyway and were done eating,and then the bill comes and we were charged for drinks we didn’t even ask for. I always tip in cash,so paid with a card and crossed out the line and the waitress demanded a tip when she saw,mind you I had cash in my hand to hand her at this point and put it back in my pocket, she started tapping the pen on the tip line saying tip goes here! And if no tip here then cash goes on the tray! Umm NO. we will never be back. The fish tanks were brown like pond water, the floors were sticky,the food wasn’t cooked properly, they charged 8$ for my 2 year old(everywhere else is 3$ yes people can charge what they want just also annoyed with that)All around a waste of money!

This place is actually disgusting, I don’t even know how they’re still open. The food is literally freezing cold or is so hard that I can throw it at somebody and knock them out. The food isn’t even good like at all. If you wanna go to a good Chinese buffet just go to the imperial buffet because this place is actually garbage, I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog bro. And the waitresses be harassing you for a tip, just eat at home if you can <3

I’ve been to many buffets. This one was not a top contender. Upon entrance it just reminds you of needing renovation bad. The food is tolerable. Some of it was overcooked. Was missing some key dishes for me. Was able to serve myself with gloves and mask. One of the bars and hibachi are closed. It’s dark and very dingy. I gave 2 stars because customer service was OK. I most likely would not return nor recommend this place to anyone. I’ve had way better. And they only been open a few hours. Definitely tasted like we were fed leftovers from last night with some of the food. The bathrooms def make you think twice about eating. Don’t go in there first. You’re better off searching a little harder… overall this place is a no go.
