This was not a great experience. The entire restaurant looks like it was thrown up in about 5 minutes. It looks like the set of a Chinese restaurant at a middle school. I stood at the front desk waiting for someone to acknowledge me for about 15 minutes. The food is better at other places, and I feel better eating at the other places because they look a lot cleaner and well kept, from what you can see at least.

Excellent chicken lomein! Wonton soup was average but hit the spot. Fried rice was good with fresh ingredients and real egg. The egg rolls were a bit overcooked on the ends.

If I could rate this place higher I would! The crab Rangoon was sweet and the shell was thin. I ordered the honey chicken, it was crispy and sweet. We also got the wonton soup, chicken lo meon, happy family, and house chicken. Everyone was very satisfied. The service was quick and the food came out hot and fast. I will definitely come back if we ever make it down this way again.

We’ve ordered from here many times through Door Dash and have always had a great experience. Last night it wasn’t popping up on Door Dash so I ordered through Uber Eats. 2 1/2 hours later with no food, I called to see what was going on. I was advised that they placed our order on hold because they didn’t like the Uber Eats pricing. They are the ones who contracted with them, not my problem. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call and tell me they wouldn’t be making our food. A simple phone call and I would’ve ordered directly through them and picked it up. I just assumed they were backed up with it being a holiday weekend. I am extremely disappointed and will never order food from there again. I’d rather drive to Crystal River for Chinese than give them another dime of my money.

We always take mom out here for lunch. They have the best crab Rangoon‘s and wonton soup. This service is great. The restaurant is very clean. I always bring a quart of wonton soup home with me because it’s so good. The combination comes with two crab rangoons or an egg roll. Wonton soup or egg drop soup. I usually get the beef with mixed vegetables or shrimp with lo mein. So yummy for my tummy .

Mr. Wang’s is a nice Chinese spot. The prices are decent and you get a lot of food but the food isn’t anything to praise. We both got the cashew shrimp and the crab rangoon appetizer and they’re all pretty average. It’s a good lunch or dinner spot at a great price.

We’ve been here a few times and ordered takeout. Food is consistent in flavor. Egg rolls are unusually small and could use flavor, minor issue. Ordered the roast pork lo mein on each trip, and we would buy that again. The other dishes had consistent, tasty sauces. Spicy dishes could be a little more spicy, but are very good.

I normally order the general tso chicken but decided to take a walk on the wild side for a change. We had the beef lo mein which was really good. Onions were nice and crisp and the flavor was good all around. Then we has the chicken lo mein which the flavor was good just not as rich. Both had mushrooms which I’m not a fan of but would order again without. Then the next dish to try was crab rangoon. I’ve never order anything seafood related but these weren’t bad. The cream cheese was tasty and the dipping sauce was flavorful. I did try the wanton and egg drop soup. They both had flavor but not something I liked. All in all the price was very reasonable and the food was tasty. I have no real complaints and look forward to trying more items from the menu.

Overall, I’ve gotta say that I was impressed with this restaurant. The waitress was very friendly, the food came in good portions and the prices is excellent. They had several vegetarian options which were delicious. The restaurant was also clean and ready to find. I would certainly recommend Mr. Wang’s for a budget lunch that was very tasty!
