A nice family feel restaurant. Coffee is hot and fresh, ordered Country Fried Steak &eggs. They were both delicious but a bit off the mark, eggs were supposed to be over-easy got them more on the medium side. Gravy was a bit thick. No complaints on the service or quantity. Overall thumbs up. Wife had the pancakes and was surprised by the size but loved the taste.

Came from out of town and had Jamie as our server and she was amazing! We had the eggs Benedict and the biscuits with gravy and it was DELICIOUS. I would have posted a photo of the eggs Benedict but clearly it was too tasty. I would highly recommend! Its a cute family style restaurant and if I ever find myself back in iron river, I will be returning

I was here 2 years ago and gave a 1 star rating. Decided to drop in for dinner tonight and I am pleased to say 5 stars all the way!! Food was fantastic tones of good flavor! And the staff was amazing! Didn’t have a want for anything, truly a great place to eat in iron river mi! They will be getting more of my business in the future. Good job Mr. Ts

Stopped here while driving through the Upper Peninsula. We ordered grilled cheese, fries, and fried ice cream. All of it was delicious. I love the bread used for the grilled cheese. This will be a staple when driving through from now on.

Freaking amazing. Best small town diner food I’ve had in ages. I travel year round for work, and enjoy stopping at local eateries. This will definitely be added to the list of places I will be sure to stop at again when I next pass through the area. Heck….I would go out of my way to get back here. Fabulous food. Fabulous service. Prices like they came straight out of the 80’s. I would gladly pay twice what I was charged. Excellent job Mr. T’s!

The serve staff don’t know how to bus their tables, wipe a table down, or how to stop gossiping behind the counter. The food is okay, it’s just like a lot of places in the U.P. – seasonings are a foreign concept – their portion sizes are out of control, and the prices are more than a little high.

Overall the food was good… minus the side salad, tiny bowl of lettuce with a slice of tomato on it. Cheese curds were good but we must have gotten the bottom of the bag cause lots of tiny ones that all the cheese blow out of. Country fried steak was really good and my niece got spaghetti with meatballs and she really liked it. Great service but a lil slow so probably not the place to go if you’re in a hurry… we were not so we didn’t mind that they were short staffed and we had to wait a lil bit longer.

Service was great, waitresses were very friendly, we ordered burgers they looked like McDonald’s berger but bigger and boy they didn’t taste like them they were so good and the fries were crispy. We will definitely eat here again when we come through.

Had the two specials, biscuit with bacon gravy-extremely salty, and stroganoff pasty-just mediocre-didn’t seem like stroganoff, just brown mushroom gravy. Services was great. I’d give them another try but unfortunately not too good this time.
