Mr T’s Deli is a San Angelo is a hidden gem tucked away in Santa Rita neighborhood. I have been a couple times but recently my wife and I have been coming here for lunch dates and I am blown away every time. Everything seems to be made from scratch and each bite is so flavorful. They have a different special each day of the week and honestly I want to try every thing on the menu to see their take on all these classic dishes! They also serve a brunch that looks amazing! I will give an update when I go. I would highly recommend and honestly try anything you normally like and I think Mr Ts will make it better than you think! Great portions at an amazing price! Keep doing your thing Mr T!

Stopped in and was really impressed. The place has a cozy vibe. The menu was impressive and boast a daily special. I got a pasta salad to go. It was artichoke and spinach pasta salad. It was pretty good but needed some freshness to cut the heaviness of the sauce. It was a great experience and I look forward to returning to try some other menu items.

I love sandwiches, good sandwiches are easy to find but great sandwiches are far and few in between. Mr. T’s turkey avocado bacon sandwich on Texas toast had me wishing I ordered a second. This place allows the customer to order various great sandwiches on different breads, allowing the customer to try their favorites on multiple choice breads. I enjoyed how light the okra was, not heavy on the grease and yet it was flavorful. I especially liked the fiesta salad. I am not big on cabbage but the light flavoring had me scarf down the entire serving. If you have not tried this place I recommend it. It is in my top three favorite sandwich places in San Angelo.

Oh my, their Sunday Brunch is so delicious! Prime rib, shrimp, smoked salmon, veggies, and even kid items plus eggs and bacon. Did I mention the desserts?

place was rundown, dirty. I order a turkey bacon and avocado sandwich asked to add cheese, no cheese came on it. bread was way too toasted, borderline burnt, avocado was old and black. My mom order her sandwich cold & they gave it to her toasted. Tempura fries were less than impressive and really greasy.the high chair was filthy. there were no kid options so we ordered my niece a soup and she forgot to put it in and charge us for it, so instead of still bringing it out and comping it because it was her mistake, we had to get back in line and order it so we had to wait an extra 20 minutes for that. typical San Angelo restaurant and customer service..

One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in my life. The turkey bacon avocado.
The sourdough was buttered and grilled to picture perfect perfection. Tons of turkey and fresh cooked thick cut bacon. Avocado was plentiful and fresh. Amazing. This will be a regular stop anytime I’m in town!

CFS was heavily breaded, thin, well done meat, good gravy.
Mashed potatoes were lumpy.
Self-serve lemonade was out and the server knew it but didn’t put a sign on it until after I told her (ruined my Arnold Palmer tea).
Texas toast only toasted on one side.
I told the server I was very disappointed with the CFS and I read good reviews about it. She only said I was the first person to ever say that. No, “Sorry “, “please try us again”, nothing.
I had their Thursday shrimp and grits before and they were great. I assumed they really could make a good CFS. I won’t be back (from Abilene).
