This was a tough decision. I ordered the Nacho Cheese Burrito with steak and a water. After tax, I paid $17.87. Very fast at the counter with respectful employees. Presentation wise, the burrito looked amazing. I said “wow” when the waitress brought it out… it was a big burrito. The amount of food was well worth the price. Flavor wise though, it just kind’ve missed the mark. They used several different sauces on top which ended up making the whole burrito cold. The steak that I paid $2 extra for tasted like ground beef. All around, not great flavor and I probably won’t order it again. I have had the tacos from here before and those are decent. They have a salsa bar that you can walk up to which is something I look forward to when I come here, although the tiny paper ketchup cups is a bit annoying. I saw several customers with many empty paper cups stacked on their tables. The music playing was like a remix playlist of popular songs, something that you might find playing at 3 AM on 105.7 which was odd and didn’t really fit the vibe. All in all, this is a decent little place to eat, but I will stick to the occasional taco Tuesday.

The food here is authentic and amazing. Dont forget to ask for a few plastic cups for their salsa bar! The mild green salsa is sooo good!! I ordered a burrito and it was huge! Im a big guy and eat a lot, but I couldnt finish that burrito, even though I wanted to! Would recommend to everyone in NWA.

This place is honestly disgusting the amount you pay for your food you would expect it to be good but it’s really not the “asada meat” is really just meat from Walmart! Avoid this place and save your money. The staff is also incredible, kind and knowledgeable! They even brought out a small order of the nachos that we didn’t even order, just to try. Great place! Great prices! We will be coming here regularly! Love it!

3 taco plate was great. I had beef, chicken & pork. Loved them all. The beans & rice were my favorite. They have a little different flavor from the norm. Great for a quick lunch. Mango margaritas are the bomb. Popular with locals.

We first visited this location during a visit to the area last year. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. There is a salsa bar in back to add toppings to your meal as well which is nice.
I’m a big fan of fountain Coke products which they have (yay!!!) and outdoor seating which they also have- love the view. This will definitely be a regular stop when we visit this area!

We really enjoyed our visit to Mr. Taco Loco this week on Taco Tuesday (and New Year’s Eve). We tried all the different options and settled on the Chorizo tacos being the most scrumptious. Friendly service. Good quality of food for the price. The location is fine, central to downtown and the University, and on the bike trail, but certainly not in the best part of town. The inside of the place is clean and well decorated. A few big TVs showing sports and some great Spanish music playing (maybe a bit too loud) in the background. We’ll be back!!!

I’ve been to almost every location this couple has opened and I’m never disappointed in the food quality or quantity when I’m served. The staff has always been courteous and helpful if I had a problem deciding on what to eat by giving food suggestions based on my mood or time of the day/year. The kids also enjoy whenever we come to eat Mexican food, whether it’s the nachos, tacos, burritos, or students special; they don’t ever leave unsatisfied and neither will you. You shouldn’t leave dissatisfied or they’ll do their best to rectify the situation.

First time here. The entire family loved the tacos, chips and queso, quesadillas, and the currros. The wife and I also had mango margaritas. The staff make 5 stars look easy. Thank you for a fantastic meal. We will be back.

The plates are huge. I had carnita enchiladas and was disappointed by how bland it tasted. My family enjoyed their meals. We did add some flavor from the salsa bar. The ambiance is as colorful as the pictures I had seen before coming. I just wish I had been warned about the size of the plates so we didn’t have so much leftovers on a roadtrip.
