Awesome little food truck with delicious Mexican food. In the parking lot of Crown Liquor on the corner or University Blvd and Philips Highway. Tacos come with chips and salsa. Got the queso dip too and it’s creamy and delicious. Yummy, fast and fresh! Come check them out!

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at Mr. Taco. I clearly ordered 3 chicken tacos and even confirmed it multiple times to avoid any confusion. Despite that, I was given steak tacos — which I don’t eat.
When I brought this to their attention, instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering to fix it, the staff member was extremely rude and started shouting at me as if it was my fault. He showed no willingness to listen, no accountability, and treated me with complete disrespect.
I had no choice but to throw the food away in front of him — not because I wanted to, but because I simply couldn’t eat it and was left with no alternative. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and respect, especially when I’ve done nothing wrong.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Mistakes can happen, but the way customers are treated speaks volumes — and in this case there is no mistake from my side, it was completely unacceptable.

Best tacos in jacksonville! The Mr Taco truck on Philips & University is the best. I’ll go past the one closest to me to get tacos at that truck. Seriously, if you haven’t tried it, you should.

Food is decent. It has a lot of flavor and good amount. The location is not the best if you are looking something for the family, mostly for people that work around the area pick up and go.

This is the taco truck you want to eat at! Great choices of meat and different dishes, fast service and great tasting food all round. If you need something of an alcoholic substance,it’s conveniently parked next to a liquor store. What are the odds of the best of both worlds joining together, you should definitely try this place and not compare it to your local taco shop because this will blow your taste buds out the water! Enjoy the delicious tacos on any given day!
