What truly stood out, though, was the service. Attentive, friendly, and welcoming without being overbearing. You can really tell they care about their guests. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Mr. T to anyone looking for a fantastic Italian meal.
Every brunch dish we ordered was incredibly delicious, and all the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. The atmosphere, both inside and outside, was beautiful, clean, and relaxing — such a lovely place to enjoy a meal.
They also sell freshly baked bread, and I saw people stopping by just to buy it. Next time, I’ll definitely be back to get some bread too!
Highly recommend this place for any special occasion or just a nice brunch outing!
Can’t wait to come back soon and check out their Sunday brunch!
Service was very slow – it took well over 15 minutes to get our drinks, and then forever more to get our food. Eggs Benedict had very watery whites(!) and impossible to eat with a fork. They also didn’t include trout roe with it as per menu. The other order (Mr T Slam) was missing a salad, and was basically a Denny’s breakfast.
The only pro was a surprisingly good espresso, but that alone is definitely not worth a come back.
The steak frites unlike the other stuff was pretty excellent for the price! The portion is on the smaller side, but I still feel i got a good value because it tasted good especially for a sirloin. The bartender was attentive and kind even though he had lots of orders to fill. This review is higher than the food quality reflects because he was so good. As a matter of fact if the bread were better this would have been an easy 5 stars from the price and quality of the steak and from the service. I hope to come back and try other dishes to see if I can bump this review up.
The early 90’s playlist was really fun too.
We had the breakfast burrito which was super tasty far from healthy, but so so satisfying.
The eggs Benedict were serviced on a hash brown, so gluten free friendly!
The side salads on both dishes were so fresh! Butter leaf lettuce with some radicchio and a light barely noticeable dressing was perfection.
