I used to eat a lot here but I feel that they lowered the quality of the sushi, I paid $15 for this and the sushi fell apart when I grabbed it, the tempura “didn’t look like tempura and the rolls were very finite almost two rolls were a real roll

There are plenty of options for dining, including one other sushi place. Dumplings aren’t made on site but they’re still solid. They’re better pan fried but steamed is good too. Californian roll is good for kids or people with low tolerance for sea food. Plain but tasty. The Hawaiian Roll tastes like I left Florida and ended up on Oahu. The mango explodes and creates a quirky flavor combo on your palate. If you wish to stay tropical get The Tropical roll. It’s is a really unique twist. I’ve never tasted a sushi roll quite like it. The plantain complements the other flavors very nicely. A few things could be improved: Interior is nice but the tables and chairs need a bit of love. Don’t allow people to get their own Wasabi and ginger. It’s a health hazard.

We love coming here and probably eat here every week.This is the only place that we will go for sushi. They do such a great job. It’s always so fresh so tasty and the staff are always so patient. There are so many sushi places around and we drive past all of them to come here.

Been here a couple of times now when we are in from out of state. Such great prices and such great service. The restaurant is a little hole in the wall with a no-frills seating area and mediocre lighting. But none of that is required for eating awesome sushi. And Mr Sushi Express delivers on the sushi. Many options to choose from. Something for everyone’s taste.
The parking is at Old Town and can be quite difficult to find. Plan on parking a little ways away and walking over. Great little area to enjoy the sights and sounds.

The first we ordered from this place was via Gribhub about a week ago and we loved the food. Very taste and fresh. Today, we decided to visit it person and the place did not disappoint!!!
We found parking super easy (I am not sure how it would be when old Town is packed), and we found a table available. We looked at the menu and decided to go with a platter. They were very accommodating with our request to switch one of the options since we only wanted cooked sushi.
The sushi was super delicious, wait time for the food was normal. We would definitely come back and try other stuff on their menu. We noticed the amount of to go and delivery orders they had.. they are good!!!

Was looking for some cheap sushi near our hotel and this spot was suggested. It did not disappoint. We ordered five rolls and every single one was awesome. We eat sushi a lot and I only wish we lived closer. Service was a little slow but they were super busy, even at 9pm. Everyone we talked to was friendly. Of you are in town and like sushi give this a try. The prices are outstanding!!!

I went to Mr. Sushi in Old Town a few days ago. The whole of Old Town was really slow,so I had no problem getting a seat and practically had the whole place to myself. It was nice,very clean and quiet. I placed my order quickly and received quickly. I ordered Chicken Teriyaki. It came with rice and a salad. The salad had a ginger dressing,which was really good. My only issue is thst I feel for the price,you shoud get more food. I had about half a cup of chicken strips, and the salad was about a half a cup as well. The rice was hard,and tasted dry and slightly cold. Luckily I had enough teriyaki sauce to dredge the rice in so I could eat it. I think they had it pre-made and just reheated it. All in all,a good experience,they just need to tweek the food a bit. I would definitely go back. Ranking:8.5 out of ten.

It’s not the best sushi ever but it’s a great amount and decent for the price. The staff was so sweet and accommodating with our little family. The place is simple enough you order and then sit down and gather anything else you need yourself.
For some reason the images I took of the actual rolls disappeared but we got a platter that came on a boat, a deep fried roll and a panko chicken + fries kids combo. The panko on the chicken was so thick and the chicken was so dry and chewy we had to knock off a star but everything else was great!

Always delicious. The Island Roll is my favorite. Spicy Chicken Roll is good as well! Always packed well and well presented! Highly recommend! Great value for what you get.
