Mr. Sushi has quickly become our favorite local spot! Perfectly situated on the corner, it’s an amazing find for residents and anyone hopping off the Minuteman Trail for a bite.
What stands out immediately is the quality of the food. The sushi is exceptionally fresh, beautifully made, and comes in generous portions. You can tell they pay attention to detail, as the seasoning is always perfectly balanced. The prices are very reasonable, typically ranging from $13 to $25, and their daily specials are always a treat worth checking out.
Beyond the food, the service is a real highlight. The owners and waitstaff are incredibly attentive, constantly making sure water glasses are filled and accommodating any special needs with a smile. The atmosphere is welcoming, with plenty of seating for couples, groups of adults, or families with kids.
Just a heads-up that it’s street parking, but it’s well worth it for the experience. We will absolutely be going back again and can’t recommend it enough!

The food was more like a 3.5 star. To their defense, the portions were bigger than in other restaurants. The sushi wasn’t bad though not great either. Some fish was ok, some were rather flat but nothing wrong with it. The unagi though was rather dry which was a first one. We also had katsu that was extremely dry. The sushi presentation was ok though sometimes felt a little sloppy. Rice to fish ratio was very good though. I would go again if I’m hungry though wouldn’t select it for a special occasion.

Regardless of the time of day, there is never a wait for a table. The food is great, the service is prompt and courteous. The sushi is prepared upon ordering and as always expertly displayed/plated. The restaurant and restrooms are impeccably clean and they play great jazz for background music.

Mr.Sushi is excellent every single time!! We do both dine-in and takeout (pickup) and both experiences are phenomenal. The food, both sushi and appetizers/entrees from the kitchen, is consistently delicious and fresh. For dine-in the space is welcoming and lovely with incredibly wonderful staff. For takeout everything is packaged perfectly. I highly recommend Mr. Sushi!!!!

Had lunch with wife for the first time here and we were very pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of our food. My wife got the nabeyaki udon which was fantastic and very reasonably priced. I got soft tofu stew which was also great (but a bit more expensive). Both dishes tasted great and had plenty of quality ingredients. Interior is plain, simple and clean. Would recommend if you are looking for Japanese restaurant in Arlington.

Good sushi place we got delivered via GrubHub. Overall the quality was very good as were the portions – we got a sushi for 2 platter. Value was in line with other places in the area and delivery was pretty quick.

Just don’t. Worse sushi I’ve ever had, honestly couldn’t even finish it. Shocking, given how expensive it all is. We also ordered udon soup to go and they just packed everything (noodle + soup) in the same container. So the noodle was absolutely gross by the time I got to it. Is this even a Japanese restaurant? Go anywhere else.
