I usually don’t do reviews, but I really feel cheated. I usually go to the location on Torrance, which is closed today never having any issues I come to this location for the very first time no other customers there so I waited of course to be tended to since a girl was taken care of drive-through only, no hello or nothing which is fine. Another person did take my order. I ordered two king-size sandwiches, a cheese cup and garlic fries it came out to $35. I also asked for extra tomatoes which I did not receive on my sandwich. When I got home I couldn’t believe the sandwich Looks skimpy more bread than anything and the large fries was packed less than . I just feel so cheated I know prices have gone up, but this is ridiculous for a couple of pieces of meat on each side of the sandwich with some fries and a cup of cheese totaling up to $35 ridiculous at least make it look worth the meal.

Several people recommended Mr. submarine for Italian Beef. I was highly skeptical of the suggestion, but it turns out that I shouldn’t have been. Lots of meat, dipped to perfection, and I ordered both sweet peppers and spicy giardiniera. This Italian Beef was a complete winner and probably one of the better ones I’ve had in the Chicagoland area.

Customer service was horrible and rude with the exception of the. Young man who handed us the food from window 2. Order garlic fries didn’t get them after I asked for a cup of cheese sauce. The rude girl said we don’t have no more. Sandwich was burnt and dry then asked for Swiss cheese on a gyro no cheese but was charged. Never again will I return here again.

Not sure what’s going on but I order the Greek salad every week sometimes twice..this time Sunday 27 April around 3pm I got ends of romaine lettuce no onions 2 half slices of cucumber and 3 small tomatoes I’m disappointed smh. I previously gave them 5 stars.

I got three tenders dip in Buffalo special with a cup of chz and a pizza puff. To start they forgot my cup of chz and the tenders were hard on the inside and i asked for the pizza puff well done and it looked raw. Also the customer service was garbage, never again!

I guess you can say, not bad. We went to eat there after a live bulls game. I was a bit hungry so I ordered a super Mr. Sub however; I was given a king. I didn’t notice until I got home i wasn’t upset, as a matter of fact, that was all our greedy butts needed . Mistakes happen, Mr. Sub will always have my visits, no matter what. Keep up the good work. Always check your drive through order before leaving any restaurant.
