Went here today and ordered 2 Mr. Sub sandwiches. The most skimpiest, saddest excuse for a sandwich I’ve ever purchased. Wish I took pictures because it really isn’t believable. Upon opening up the sub there was a small, limp pile of shredded lettuce and 2 small slivers of tomato along with 2 slivers of onion on a 6 inch sub. Barely any meat or cheese, I kid you not it was like 1 whole slice of cheese and a corner of another square. And the ingredients were not spaced out equally to incorporate into every bite. Save your time and money and go to Submarine Port down the street or even Madori’s Liquor & Deli. Would not come here ever again after this visit knowing that there are at least 2 other great sub places nearby.

They take a while to greet you at the drive thru. I’m not sure if they wait for the order of the car to be completed but it was a long wait. Aside from that they don’t get your card and total when you arrive at the window either. Different atmosphere compared to the mr subs in joliet.

Placed an order. Got home, we were missing food items. No itemized receipt given. Drove back to the restaurant to find out we were not rung up for half our food even though the individual who took our order asked us questions about said food not rung up. We then had to pay additional money for food not rung up. All that was offered was an apology. The chicken tenders were so tiny, garlic fries were so greasy/not cooked all the way with barely any garlic seasoning. This used to be a great fast food joint, it has gone down hill drastically.

Great food. Got the polish, fries, and a turkey sub. It was only $14. Great portions. The small fry was huge. Gonna be coming back here for sure.

I ordered a King Sub and Garlic Fries. I checked the bag before driving off and it was barely any garlic seasoning on it. I asked them to put more when I noticed and the picture below, this is the result. I go to various locations and the fries are always throughly season. Then, I said no tomatoes. It was tomatoes on my sandwich. So yeah, overall, unpleasant visit.

They took way too long to give me my food, mind you there was one car in front of me and was given a small bag. But the main problem here is that I paid almost $17 for king size gyro sub and a large fry and what I got was very disappointing. Barley had any gyro meat. Definitely not used to this location. Since the one by my house always puts a lot more meat and the large fry comes in one of those white containers and this large fry came in a small bag.
